So I called into the store as I am ordering I tell them I wanting the carryout special of a large one topping pizza for $9.99 they tried to tell me its was for 11.99! Nope! 9.99 not specified to be online pricing!! Took my money and order to Domino’s! Won’t return to this horrible “restaurant”. Would not give them your time or moneh!

Ordered online,picked up order on my way home,got home and discovered they gave me another customers order. I called and spoke with the manager who stated they had already fixed the other customers order,but if I wanted to keep the wrong pizzas it was fine,I said but I would like my order,the manager then stated I could have my order if I wanted to come back down and get it. What kind of customer service is that? I asked if I could have it delivered now that I was home already and the manager stated if I wanted my order, I’d have to come back and pick it up..what a joke!! Would not recommend!!!

Worse service ever!… ordered wings and drinks. Wings showed up without ranch. We called, the lady argued, saying we requested no sauce…. who orders wings without sauce?!?!!! She finally agreed to send some ranch. We waited an hour before I went to the store and got my own. The driver never came back with the ranch!

Order was wrong. No big deal happens all the time nephew doesn’t like cheese so half no cheese. Forgotten cheese cup meh. Called they offered to replace thank you appreciate it. Next order free awesome. Asked sis for my change…driver left with it. Another phone call driver returns and sincerely apologizes. Nice. Call to get free pizza. 5.09 charge. Asked why. Lady snottily replied you still have to pay delivery and taxes. Why am I paying at all? I didn’t mess up up my order they did. I’m not ordering from here again. This is the only place I’ve ever had people rude to me over their stores mistakes. Makes me sad I used to love papa John’s pizza but it’s not worth the treatment.

When I lived in Colorado, I ordered from a papa johns there, and it was HORRIBLE. I was really disappointed because of all the pizza places my family has purchased from, we loved that place the best. When I moved out here, myself and all my helpers were super hungry and wanted pizza. We chanced ordering from papa johns in Laramie, and boy did they deliver. Great flavor and great service! Just as I remember it when it was done properly. My love for papa john’s pizza has been rekindled! Lol

My brother and I were just at the store, and we walked in to order since we had a coupon and not sure what all the options were. They mixed up our order, and didn’t bother repeating it back to us at all so I’m not surprised. It was okay food, but you could make better at home for less. We were also asked by the same staff member about ten times if we had been helped, so I’m starting to wonder if she was high or something. Wouldn’t bother coming back for any reason, other places are much more worth peoples time.

Store # 1279: I called in at 10:38 p.m. to order a pizza from North Carolina for my husband who was traveling through Laramie, Wyoming. I had the privilege of speaking a few minutes prior on the phone with Stephen who was so kind when I called to see if they were open. He was so cheery and polite even being late at night. When I made the last call to place the order, Jesse answered and was absolutely delightful. He answered all my questions and made the ordering process a breeze. It was so nice to know my husband would be taken care of since I couldn’t be there to make him dinner after his long day of travel. They delivered a delicious pizza to my hubby’s hotel room including a hotel pack to make sure he would have plates and napkins and everything he might need. I can’t say how happy I was with the service from both of these gentleman!!! Thank you Jesse and Stephen! Papa John, these fellas need a raise for outstanding service!
