if i could give 0 stars, I would. our pizza was given to us COMPLETELY RAW. the crust was paper thin and goopy and uncooked. the pizza was inedible. we are currently trying to air fry the crust just to have something to salvaged to eat. we ordered bone in wings and when we went to pick up, they said they had no wings left and didn’t offer to compensate with boneless wings or a drink or even a refund. so we didn’t get our wings either.we all eat with our eyes first and well our veggie bowl came 2/3 full, our brownie was cut totally crazy and uneven and i was given the tiniest pepperoncini. our main dinner was inedible and partly missing. we will never be back to this business after this encounter. i will let everyone i know so they can be warned. this was the worst food and service ive ever received tonight.

Multiple times order is horrible. Management allows this to leave the store. Question is during the quality check? How do you let this happen. Twice. Smaller than the tiny sauce cup. Smaller than a finger. Better Pizza? Better People?

I am a door dasher and it always takes this location 20-30 minutes to give me one order when there are no customers. Not only do I notice it but other customers have mentioned the same problem to me as well. Every time I come here to pick up a small pizza I end up waiting half an hour.

I would only recommend this location only if you want to wait an extremely long time for a bad pizza, even if it’s a small order you can expect to wait for 40 minutes.

Really good pizza for a chain that’s the reason for 5 stars comparing it to the competition. We are really happy we are able to order without cheese making it vegan even with the garlic sauce!

HORRIBLE PIZZA. Pizza was pretty much completely raw around the inside of the crust!!! Not just a little bit raw, completely raw dough. If I wanted a raw pizza I’d go to Papa Murphy’s. I would recommend you avoid this place, there are plenty of other fast food pizza joints in Cheyenne.
Paid $45 (with tip) for two pizzas and I honestly want my money back. Will NEVER be going to back to this place.

It really is hit or miss. Not great, not completely horrible. When we have to call to request something to be fixed they are usually on it. They just need better quality control before the pizza goes out. If someone actually read the order before they boxed it…. could save a lot of people some irritation.

My little brother and I came in at around 9:30pm and a gentleman with a hat had a lot of enthusiasm to help us out. He was extremely polite and provided us with cheese and peppers to go along with the delicious pizza. It felt like I was getting pizza with Chick-fil-A service! Great job!

Order extra cheese on my pizza and didn’t receive it. On the receipt it even says extra cheese. I know it’s a simple mistake, but that’s a whole extra dollar. Also, my roomate 3 days prior ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni, sasuage, extra pepperoni, and extra cheese, only to get a large regular pepperoni pizza. He was charge 19$ before delivery and tip and receive 12$ worth of food. Seems like they need a triple check system ensure pizza with the right topping go to the right places.

Visited one of your locations on Tuesday, June 17 at 3:25pm. To be more specific I went to 1958B dell range blvd B Cheyenne wy 82009. Placed an order via phone. Up on pick up paid for my food and was told that the cash transaction was not showing in there system because of something the manager “Darcy” did to the system before my card was charged. I explained to them that, base on my current transactions my card was charged. The manager’s attitude and body language towards me was so disrespectful shouting and just being so unprofessional. She went on to print out her transactions for the day, when I showed her the current figure that was taken out of my account which was $30.62, she then got the food that was paid for in the first place and said here you go. I then stated that I would like a refund based on the fact that she was being rude and had me there standing for almost an hour because of her mistake she then began to get upset and went around the back. Came back an was like your refund will show in your bank 3-5 business days, I stated that I would like some form of proof, a receipt something. Ofcourse there was another attitude. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get my receipt. Personally this type of employee should not be representing your company. Again the manager’s name was “DARCY”
