I ordered a Alfredo sauce pizza with cheese bread. Got a pizza with no sauce and the cheese bread didn’t have any seasoning or butter on it. Papa John wouldn’t be proud.

Worst location ever! Every time I go in there, it’s never right try to give them the benefit of the doubt. All of the employees are super rude.. Tonight needed a quick dinner ordered a pan pizza their new special paid extra for it. Go to pick up my food and the lady asked what my name was. Didn’t listen to what I said when I clearly stated my name is Nicole. She somehow heard Kelly so we had to wait watching my food get cold when I finally get my food home open it up and it’s not even a pan pizza that I paid like $18 for call them and the lady when I’m telling her that I would like them to fix this she hangs up on me, call back and speak to somebody who is supposedly a manager won’t give me a name and tells me what we can just give you future credit and that’s what I asked for because it’s too late to go back and get a pizza now looks like I’ll be disputing this with my bank for not good services. I’ve taken pictures and I recorded the phone call. I think it’s time corporate takes a look at this franchise location crappy service. They don’t even deserve one Star

Never coming here again. Don’t even look at the tracking app that they provide because your pizza will show that it’s been ready and you’re still waiting 40 minutes in the lobby in addition to the 20 minutes that you placed the order. Wasting my time and lying. The pizzas are inconsistent. This location doesn’t seem very hygienic, not enough hand washing, gloves, touching of money/ credit cards without hand washing, then proceeds to make pizzas. They also transport their pizza dough in a personal vehicle – I saw it before. That should’ve been enough for me to never come back here… but because of location of course I came back… NOT THIS TIME. I’m done. They also have broken refrigerators where they keep their 2 liters…

Same decent pizza as any other Papa John’s. But the in store customer service is terrible and slow. Please learn from other restaurants how to do mobile app pick up orders. It should be accessible to the customer so you don’t have to wait in the terribly slow line! I’ve worked in multiple pizza joints before and there is a better way to manage the people and volume of orders.

Yuck! I don’t remember Papa Johns Pizza being so nasty. I am disappointed! Its clear now why the NFL kicked Papa Johns to the curb.
I Ordered a Large Original Crust Double Mushroom/Italian Sausage & a Large Thin crust with Canadian Bacon, Bacon & Pineapple. From the looks of the Double Mushroom/Italian Sausage … they didn’t double down on the mushrooms … and the Canadian Bacon, Bacon Pineapple looks like it got shorted on toppings too.
Its hard to tell though … seeing how they just piled all the toppings in the middle of the pizza without any regard to even distribution! Most slices barely had any toppings at all, and a few were were piled high. Maybe that’s the trick to deceiving your customers.
Beyond that, the website said they would send an email stating the timeline for pick-up …. I spent 5 minutes waiting for the email, but it never came. Called the store and the person answering the phone told me to be there in 5 minutes. Then, when I got to the store, 10 minutes later, they had a hard to making change for the fifty I gave him.
By the time I got home the pizza was cold and the thin crust was like cardboard. Beyond that, the sauce was so sweet, if I didn’t know any better, I’d think they sprinkled sugar on the pizza while they were making it.
All in all it was pretty nasty. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day, if they’re incompetent, if they’re sociopaths, or if they just suck at making pizza; but I do not see me ordering another Papa Johns Pizza in the near future. Again, I’d just like to say YUCK!!! I admit I used the 3 topping carry out deal, but still, if they’re going to compromise their standards, then maybe they shouldn’t offer that deal anymore! Looks like I’ll be inviting the nephews over to finish it for Monday Night Football …. cuz I can’t bring myself to eat it!

Tried out the new Papadias this evening and they are delicious!! Filled with plenty of toppings and quite filling!! Also got a 5 topping large carry out, such a great special!!

Been ordering Papa John’s for the past few years, stopped going here for a bit when quality seemed to be declining. Sadly after returning to try again, continues to decline. Today was probably the worst. Completely burnt garlic knots. Service is fast, pizza was cooked well but seems like something is overcooked each time we order. Not worth the risk anymore probably won’t be going back.
