Just got early access to your pan pizza… Give it up, it’s nasty. Undercooked, has like some weird Chex mix cheese graded on the underside and has an off taste of fake butter spray. Gross

The manager for the night of 11/15/25 doesn’t seem to care at all about the customers. I did not receive the correct order and they did not deliver the order, nor tell me prior that they wouldn’t deliver the order. They used Door dash and I refuse to use them because of all the issues I have personally had with them, but my order had been processed before they told me door dash would deliver my order. I called and told them I hate door dash because when my order is wrong I can’t get it corrected. They apparently can’t count to 8, don’t want to deliver food, refuse to even say they are sorry, offer to do anything to make their customers happy, and do not seem to care that they have lost a customer for life
I recommend you get your pizza from any other restaurant! The manager doesn’t care, so I am sure that the rest of the staff will follow suit. Put this store out of business so a real pizza place can make money and treat their customers like they care!

I’ve never had this issue happen with our order before. We accidentally forgot tip on the online order and it showed in our delivery. Husband even called after to make sure tip was added. Once our order was received the boxes appeared to be tossed around and pizza was even stuck position as if it were left at a certain angle while on the drive. Called to speak with the manager and was told the order wasn’t placed with their location when it was. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but hope this is a learning opportunity for the team.

The website wouldn’t let me update my information, so the order ended up under the wrong number, total mistake on my part I’ll take accountability, but whoever the manager or woman on the phone on New Year’s Eve is without question the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I know that “I’ll never order here again” doesn’t mean anything to anyone I’ve worked foodservice long enough to know, but yall save your energy and time because the manager here is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever spoken to, talked down to me, yelled at me, and belittled me and when I tried to apologize and admit where I got out of line (which was me calling her out on being rude) she was disrespectful. If you want to eat pizza, this is not the place for you. Waited 1.5 hours after the app said my order was done for it not to be put in the oven yet. Sure its halloween but If you can fill orders you shouldn’t take them. Staff was also super rude to my 15 year old daughter. Never going back to this business again, and with a 2.8 star rating im guessing im not alone.

I’m a doordasher and went in to pick up my customer’s order. Upon entering the store an old man began to boss me about, trying to tell me what he wanted me to do to complete the order. Very rude. Took an hour and 15 min to not even recieve my order. The staff was rude and yelled at customers who said the app showed their order showed it was ready on the app. This pizza is not worth that wait or the terrible customer service.

Good pizza! Went Here last night and the pizza was ready when I got there as I set the time on the app for it to be ready. I used a deal for “2 one topping pizzas for 20$”, which was a good deal. And the pizza itself tasted really good. It was nice and doughy, and the sauce was sweet, but it was sweet to the point it matched the energy of the pizza. It also included a side of “free” garlic sauce, and a pepper. Overall good experience! I’d definitely come back!
