My family orders from here on a pretty consistent basis and the pizza is usually super good. One Thursday, I was exhausted from work and didn’t have it in me to cook, so I ordered. It took an hour before I was like “wth?” I found out when this location gets super busy they third party out to doordash. I NEVER doordash or grubhub. Pay an outrageous amount for cold food when the order is likely wrong and tip??? IMMEDIATELY NO. Anyway, I called in super upset because I didn’t know what was going on….come to find out? My order delivered via doordash and sitting my patio….for 45 minutes…in the rain….no doorbell rang, no notification, nada. To be clear, I requested no contact, but I still need to know it’s Ready on the way??? It’s been delivered? Anything? The phone rings and Kayden answers, young manager who rocked it. Very kind, very ready to make an explanation, very understanding, clearly trying, and apologized to me. He was willing to remake my order, but at that point this tired mom already feed her hungry angry family. He reimbursed me for the order and made it right. I am so sorry I yelled at you Kayden you handled it like a pro. Pizza here is good and you are a 10/10.

When you pay for extra cheese and they literally give you just pizza dough… This location always fails and I keep trying them because they’re the only one near me and I absolutely love Papa Johns. I think this is probably it for me though. I was so in the mood for pizza tonight… Like I was craving super cheesy gooey pizza like the ninja Turtles. I got hard pizza dough. Because not only were the ingredients short… But the pizza was cold.

I waited 15 min to get the pizza. When I arrived they told me to wait another 10. Went back told me to wait another 5. Everyone working there around the 8oclock shift was nothing but people barely old enough to buy liquor. They are very unprofessional and don’t care for inconveniencing their customers. Highly discourage coming here unless you want to wait for the kids to decide to make your food.

Cayden was great!! I was placing an online order and the website gave me an error twice, charging my card twice but not telling me the order was confirmed. Before I had a chance to call them, Cayden called me first as the order did go through twice, and wanted to check if this was a mistake or not, great customer service!! I’ve picked up from this location when I used to work for Uber Eats and the staff was always friendly in person too.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I always order take out through the app. (Why pay full price when you can get app exclusive deals?!) We usually get chicken bacon ranch and pepperoni bacon pizzas. The garlic crust is worth the extra! Staff is friendly and acknowledges you right away.

I placed an order but it was with the wrong location. When I went into the the location off of Astrozon the general manager assisted me by calling the location I placed the order at and had it canceled. She then made what I had ordered. The general manager Megan could have told me to go to location where I had originally placed it at, but she didn’t. Megan was polite and courteous. I appreciate what she did for me. The crew members were also great. Frank was one that also assisted me. Great crew at this location.
