This was by far one of the best pizza places I’ve ever gotten delivery from! The pizza was fresh and not greasy or salty like some other places I’ve ordered from. The manager was very courteous when I called to ask a quick question.

This is absolutely hands down the worst pizza place I have ever encountered. Ordered a pizza and received an uncooked soggy cold pizza that got to me over an hour late. I live 1 mile away. I called the manager and she said they only have 2 drivers. As if that’s a good excuse if they can”t provide a quality product. Why even be open? Avoid this place at all cost.

Do not. I repeat. Do not order delivery the amount of times they’ve messed up the order is absolute scam at times. I can’t even figure out how to get a refund. Chicken wings were cold and had no flavor despite being garlic Parm… The papadilla that I ordered had two stitches of meat and three of veg and all in the middle so most of it was inedible. I’ll never order from this location again, it’s clear they don’t give a damn.

Honestly i’m shocked. i’ve never had a problem ordering from here but today i got the most disturbing thing. not only did the driver not ring the bell and just drop it at the door, our pizza was cold to the touch as soon as we grabbed it. but that wasn’t the worst of it, the pizza looked like peices were cut out and taken. it was separated in a strange way and just all around weird. i’m honestly heartbroken because we’ve been to this papa john’s millions of times and never experienced anything like this.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo bowl and a 6 piece chicken. Instead, I ended up getting an 8 piece chicken, and a 6 piece chicken. When I told them that they made a mistake, they told me they could charge me again For the Alfredo bowl. The manager kept yelling at everybody and telling them to only pay attention to the delivery orders. And I was waiting 45 minutes because I was a walk in. I will not recommend eating from this particular Papa John’s.

Ordered 2 pizzas for the first time in ages, requested both to be well done with one of them being square cut. Neither were well done and both were regularly cut. The boxes, stickers, and receipts clearly showed well done and square cut. Papa Johns continues to disappoint. Ordered online under Jeremiah on September 18th

I’ve given this place way too many chances. The pizza could very well be good, but delivered it never arrives on time, so it’s always cold and smashed against the lid of the box. Don’t tip before its delivered and if the tracker says 35-45 minutes fully expect 85-95 minutes before its at your door. I try carry-out and get the wrong pizza. Better ingredients, poor preparation and execution. Zero value. Pics added end of 2022.
