The 2 guys working tonight 10/9 were amazing for customer service. There was a me sort of mix up with my online order and they were quick to resolve the issue. Pizza is good, not amazing but definitely not bad. But their customer service is where it actually counts. Those 2 guys did amazing. Will return just for the great service. I did not get their names but one had red hair also to corporate….thanks for hiring as myself a person who likes crazy hair I appreciate that the service speaks for it self and not the color of hair. ❤️

Paid over $50 for two pizza’s for carry out, not even delivery.
We asked for the pizza’s to be well done and have extra cook time, the dough was raw.
We ordered 8 sauces and received zero.
I will definitely not be ordering from this store in the future. Do better.

This store is lucky to have the staff it does, more often than not it’s just one cooking and one driving. They handle it beautifully night in and out. Tonight Gustavo crushed it; not sacrificing quality despite being behind while remaining calm. Not to mention his customer service.

Ordering online. I have yet to recieve the entire order correctly. I’m all about giving second (or more) chances, but they fail to deliver. The pizza is decent, but the boneless wings leave plenty to be desired. There’s little to no sauce (as pictured, these were aupposed to be BBQ wings), they don’t even give the sauce that’s ordered. Repeated failures on their part.

Spent a pretty outrageous amount of money for two completely wrong pizzas. Ordered a thin crust, definitely not. Ordered a large with extra sauce and light cheese, was backwards. Both are inedible. Getting from the grocery store. Frozen pizza is better.

We are super bummed, because Papa John’s wont’t deliver pizza to the apartments around Scheels. Our apartment is definitely in range (within 13 miles) for delivery, yet delivery is not an option. We usually love our Papa John’s, but now, all of our business has gone to Domino’s, as they will deliver. I hope this gets figured out soon.
