Ordered for pick up asked for extra meat and cheese and got charged… cool. Got home looked at my pizza. Barely any meat or cheese. Gave me extra veggies though… hiring people who can’t read, that’s fine, have someone supervise them then.

I picked up my pizza in stores, so I can’t say anything about the delivery services. Walked in and metal music was just blasting which isn’t a problem for me, but seemed odd for Papa John’s lol.
From the quick interaction I had with staff, everything seemed good. This review is more about Papa John’s itself.
Why was this $34? Did Papa John’s forget it’s place? This is a pizza chain, and nothing about it is ‘quality’ like ‘pizza casbah’, ‘Krazy karls’, or ‘mama ronis’. The fact that you can get a local pizza that is far superior in terms of quality, and similar (if not better) for quantity, this is pathetic. Domino’s is cheaper, and falls in the same category.
Again, this has more to do with Papa John’s as a whole, more than this store. I used a coupon online, otherwise this would have been close to $50. What is Papa smoking? There is no way this is worth $50 even with inflation being so high.
Don’t spend money on a place that clearly has become delusional with what it’s products are.

I knew the moment I saw the person that made my pizza 12-28, it was gonna be mid and give me the runs . Some people shouldn’t work in food service, particularly ones that ignore customers to play on their phone, don’t wash their hands, and look like they haven’t showered in a month. Papa John’s used to be good but this location is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

The Pizza was nice and fresh and cooked to perfection. Nathan did a great job as he appeared to be running the entire restaurant by himself. This location truly needs to hang on to an employee like that. Much thanks for a positive experience.

Worse customer service!!! Placed my order over the phone and literally drove 25mins from home to pick up. When I placed my order over the phone I told them I would be paying cash ($100 bill) when picking up, they said it was no problem. I arrived to pick up my order and the guy there was extremely rude and said he didn’t have time to go to the back to break that bill to give me change. Note that The order total was enough for him to be able to break that bill… He literally told me to drive to another store or find a gas station so I could break that bill because he wasn’t gonna do it… That being said, I Will not order from this store again..

Went to pick up my pizza on 7/9/25 at 4 pm . There were only 2 workers that were both setting outside smoking, marijuana and cigarettes. One guy came in with shoulder length black hair. High as kite . He goes to get my order and I asked him if I could have a few extra pepper please . He walks around.
The corner sticks his hand in the bowl of peppers and brings me a handful and puts it in the box. I look at him and said you just pick those up with your bare hand after coming from outside .not even washing your hands . He got mad at me said I’ll remake. He goes and washes his hands. He starts slamming things on the counter. The other worker came in. He was very nice and very helpful. Also very high. I will not be coming back to this Papa.John’s location i felt very uncomfortable

We order from the Papa John’s quite often. Last evening I ordered a pizza for my granddaughter – they have dairy free crust and we get no cheese (dairy allergy). Anyway, they had to use DoorDash for delivery. Long story short, the driver lied and said she hand delivered the pizza. She did not!!!! I called Papa John’s and the very nice manager said they’d redo it and delivery it within 40 min. 25 min later we had our pizza with tons of pepperoni! They went out of their way and it is so appreciated! Great pizza, excellent service!

Went to pick up and order that was supposed to be ready at 1150. Arrived at 1145 to a locked door. Employees were inside, saw me outside. Did nothing. Waited outside to be let it for a good 15 mins. Had another delivery waiting so I reported the store closed to grubhub and moved on. I used to order from here all the time. Third party delivery drivers are customers too guys
