Excellent new york-style 16-inch pizza as you can see three toppings sausage pepperoni and black olives. Only way to go in Denver Colorado. Papa John’s. The only thing that could have been better would have been too buttery sauces for that 16 in New York Pizza . Should never be stingy with the sauce boss.

We order from here regularly and it’s pretty consistently good. We had extra people for a family party and one of the pizzas wasn’t made quite as we ordered. I called and explained and they re-made a new one, no problem, apologized profusely and gave us a 2-liter of soda. Thanks for the great customer service and we’ll keep coming back!!

Apparently Papa Johnson is not a corporation and managed independently which prevents you from ordering a pizza if the app has decided you still live at your last apartment. I tried deleting all addresses(I was not allowed) I tried adding a new location and manually entering it in, it STILL DECIDED I LIVE DOWNTOWN AND CHARGED ME $38. When I called to have the pizza remade to the correct address I was told ‘it’s not possible, we’ll have to charge you again’… The point of corporation is the fluid exchange of information. The delivery driver said he couldn’t find our HOUSE. After waiting 30 mins after our notification that it was on its way.. mind you we live literally 3 blocks away.. the driver never called or got out of his car to even look for our house amd when we called the lady who answered was rude and hung up on us after she said she refund us. most horrible customer service and they have drivers that can only do half their job. Pizza delivered was just barely warm but the order was correct, delivered in a timely manner and the customer service was good. Pizza still tasted good, just would have been much better if warm. We couldn’t re-heat it because we were in the middle of canning cranberry juice.

Manager has no care for customer service. Called and was told they can resend my pizza order over two hrs later after I placed it. Then the driver called and said they went but they couldn’t find it. But once I told them the address again they all the sudden found where it was on the maps, mind you in maps there is no south or north associated with my address, so they lied and made it like It was my fault. Door wide open, with window facing front of house wide open curtains and all and no one came by, he then gave me a fake number to file a proper complaint. What a great manager, way to set an example on how you feel personally, issues should be handled.

As reading many of these complaints mine is somewhat the same. They don’t get the orders right,it isn’t warm, and they don’t answer the phone. I tried many times. I called another store and their manager tried to call them too, but they wouldn’t answer for him either. Please call corporate and tell them about this place.
