Ordered extra cheese, and got almost no cheese. Pizza was torn to hell. Didn’t get my 2 liter of mt dew. Wings were under cooked to the point not edible. Store doesn’t close for another hour and they won’t answer my calls. I’ll be going in to speak to a manager tomorrow, and NOT a happy meeting. I want my $50 back

They gave my delivery person a different soda from what I had asked from. I don’t understand why two of my pizzas only had like four pepperonis on them. One of my pizzas was missing and ingredient the mushrooms. Deserving of zero stars. I would take my business elsewhere, not worth spending your money here.

I ordered takeout twice at this location both times thin crust square cut pizzas when I received them they were a little undercooked and they were cut and incorrectly.
However I called the store and talked to the manager and he was really polite with either refunding or remaking the pizza.
I really appreciate him being understanding and the kindness factor that was offered during our conversation.

Wondering if this location is running out of toppings. Shrinkflation? Never ordering from this location again. Where are my toppings? Pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage. Frozen pizza from the store has more. And come to think of it a better crust too.. Better ingredients, better pizza??? Not at papa john’s. News flash domino’s is way better and actually gives you toppings.

Several quality issues going on here. I went in to pick up my pizza for pickup and I saw several cheese rope( stuffed crust cheese) bins sitting out in a very hot store. Maybe this is the reason why I get sick (upset stomach, and diarrhea) when I eat pizza from this location. Letting chilled ingredients to sit out at way above room temps is not good. The workers have changed but the quality hasn’t. I’ll go to the other location. I don’t get sick over there and I guess it’s worth the extra 20 mins one way. Parking lot is a mess. Bums and homeless all around. Huge potholes in the parking lot spaces that enter the store. Flooding is also an issue here for those parking spots as well. Hardly any close parking and ppl driving thru don’t pay attention and speed.

The worst looking pizza I’ve seen in a long time from Papa John’s I ordered extra jalapenos I hardly got any I shouldn’t have to add my own extra jalapenos I took a bite of one of the pizzas slices and it was a big chunk of cheese I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this Papa John’s again doesn’t even look like regular jalapenos topping and it’s not even fully cut my 9 yr daughter and I was looking forward to having Papa John’s tonight The only thing it looks like they did right is the four orders of peppuccinos there was no sauce on the wings at all

This is the most terrible papa John pizza that I have ever seen. The crust is uneven on the small. The large has no bottom to it or sauce. Thin crust without being thin crust. Tried calling the store but they can’t operate a phone either. Hung up on me three times.

They use door dash to deliver their food. The orders are not checked before they leave. You will not get your whole order. I recommend only doing pick up if you want to eat here.

What part of “contact less” is not understood by the drivers at this location? Why do they want people to answer the door all the time. I gave the driver a substantial tip, in return he stood at the door and said I had to come get it and sign the receipt??? The pizza was jacked up and I complained. So they give me a Free Large two topping, I ordered and yet again….. No Toppings not as ordered AGAIN, and again the driver stands at the door instead of reading that this is supposed to be “Contact-less” why can you all just not get anything right!!!…. now I remember why I do not Order out much. Cause nothing ever gets done right. Sausage and pepperoni, where is it? No where, oh wait, three total pepperoni and five small spicy sausage, yes, really, thats it……..
