Very nice and friendly, it was my first time trying Papa John’s and we will order it again!
The food came out quickly and there’s tons of menu options, they also are very reasonably priced!
The neighborhood is a little sketchy, I would advise ordering delivery or waiting in your car for pickup.
Other than that, 5 stars for the service and the food, yum!

Pizza was ok but was extremely disappointed when I arrived home and opened the bone in wings to be sprinkled with sauce with plenty of bare spots, not our typical wing experience to say the least staff were busy yet friendly

Stuff crust pizza with jalapeños was pretty good. Buffalo wings could use more sauce. Garlic knots were okay… Overall price, spent $90. location was very uncomfortable, doors are kept locked, i assume to keep the homeless out, but picking up your order at 7pm is a bit sketchy.. Definitely wait in your vehicle, doors locked, until your order is done if you order from this location.

Just pulled up to Papa John’s thinking I could, you know, actually order a pizza in person like a normal human being. Instead, I was told they “don’t take orders here” and that I had to place it online. Who runs a pizza place where you can’t even order a pizza at the counter? I literally drove there, parked, walked in — all for nothing.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The guy basically just told me that, didn’t explain anything, didn’t apologize, didn’t try to help — so I just turned around and walked right back out. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve dealt with.
If I wanted to sit in my car and scroll on my phone, I would’ve just stayed home. Completely inconvenient, ridiculous, and honestly annoying. Do better, Papa John’s.

The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired as far as ambience. But don’t be fooled, these employees are remarkably fast, consistent, and professional. The GM runs a tight ship and I’ve had great customer service with every visit.

Two hours for a $35 mangled, lukewarm pizza that looked like it had been used as a seat cushion. No apology, no urgency, just indifference baked right in.
Between inconsistent food quality, laughable delivery times, and zero customer service accountability, Papa John’s has turned pizza night into a masterclass in disappointment. Next time, I’ll just burn $35 in the oven, it’ll be faster and smell better.

Im allergic to tomatoes, ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce, waited over 50 minutes while employees took their smoke break. forgot to check pizza til I got home and would you believe it wasn’t what I ordered. It had pizza sauce. I called customer service and made a formal complaint and was informed someone from the store would call me within 48 hours to talk about compensation. It’s been over 2 weeks and no one has called me. No sorry, no compensation. Poor customer service. I guess they dont want business fortunatly, there are Plenty of other pizza places in the area that do.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Should have read the other reviews before I ordered. Almost an hour late and not even slightly warm. They will not answer the phone. Doordash driver was no help as you can imagine. I will be disputing the credit card charge.

I can see a few reasons to why this place has gotten such low rating, but I’ve ordered here more than 15 times and each time it’s come hot and with everything I’d asked for. Even the delivery drivers are kind and easy to communicate during delivery process. I will continue to come back to this location wether it’s pickup or delivery!
