Ordered a pizza last night and wanted to tip cash to my driver. There isn’t a box to check for cash tip so I just waited for my driver so I could give it to them at the door. Pizza showed up more than 20 minutes after original estimated time and when delivered I didn’t have time to even get up the stairs before they had left it on the porch cold. I had asked for specifics like light sauce and well done let’s not speak of the mushrooms I paid to add I think I saw 4 but no one would know from the amount of sauce that dripped off the pizza from the dough that was barely baked lol! $25 for the pizza that was absolute trash..
Let me add the only reason I didn’t go pick it up myself is because the last time I did from this specific location an employee was selling pills to another guy right next to the store door not parking lot next to the store I walked past them as I entered. So please save yourself money and time and do NOT waste it with this establishment. Papa should not be proud.
I waited months to re order from them again and this is what I get.

This is my third time ordering from my local Papa Johns and let’s just say I don’t think I will be ordering there again. The first time I ordered everything turned out great and I was excited about being able to order from Papa Johns closer to me the second time I ordered they got everything right but my husband‘s part of the dinner which had bacon, even though we asked him not to put it on there this time, however when we got our food, everything was completely destroyed like someone had threw the pizza box I tried to call the store itself to get the problem resolved, and no one answered the phone even though I called six times in a row.

The workers on Sunday were professional, kind, knowledgeable and were clean when working with the food and after handling money. They made me feel happy with my choice of Papa John’s Pizza and the pizza was delicious.

Wish I could review the food but I never got to order. This restaurant distributed a flyer throughout the area advertising a 50% off sale through Super Bowl Sunday. I called the restaurant during the Super Bowl to order a pizza the man that answered pretended not to know about the sale and offered me some other promotion on a specific menu item I had no interest in.
So I asked him a second time about the sale, indicating I had the flyer in hand with their address on it offering 50% off their menu. THIS TIME the guy in a clearly annoyed tone of voice asked me for my information, bluntly. I understand they have delivery areas they can’t go out of but he REFUSED multiple times to tell me if the sale even existed, unless he had my address. It was just unnecessary and rude. I hung up.
Yes this is their busiest day of the year, but as someone who has worked in customer service their whole life I understand that you don’t take stress out on customers, it never works out well and it’s just not the decent way to be.
I am never contacting this store again and I likely won’t be a Papa John’s customer again either, their pizza is just ok, but this could have been a good deal.

Was just in there to get pizzas and one of them is doughy and undercooked. The other is way over sauced and the cheese isn’t melted but also somehow melted….?? I don’t even understand lmao.
The people inside were friendly enough just the product was awful. Disappointed.

Had an issue with an order (my own issue, i’m a silly goose) and Dainen was a great help! He offered nothing but solutions to a problem that was my own fault. After the mystery solved, i called Dainen back with an update, and rather than being annoyed (which I would have been) he was very understanding and polite. Shoutout Dainen. I wish Papa John was my dad.

Everytime we order here something is messed up but since it’s so close to our house we make do. Until this time. We ordered honey chipolte boneless wings and received unsauced chicken nuggets basically. Tried calling them and have been hung up on twice.
