The food quality has gone down along with customer service. I got delivered the wrong pizza, I tried to call several times and kept getting hung up on. The next day I was able to speak to someone. Although they refunded PART of my order I still wasnt happy with the service or the outcome.

I am very angry and extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service and food quality !!! I just spent $50 on a pizza for me and my family I am highly unsatisfied and not happy with this at all. The whole order came cold three pizzas and a breadstick. As well the pizzas were all burnt and cold when order arrived. I even included a TIP and so I paid $60 cash. I called to report my issues the man who answered was EXTREMELY rude and said there was nothing they can do about it and was rude the whole call. Do not eat here !

First off atmosphere they dont have a place to sit down, now if you willing and wanting to listing to the sounds of line cooks its selected atmosphere, I personally haven’t had an issue that hasn’t been resolved point blank. This store has ran has smooth as the other locations that I have ordered from. But one question to the company is are you guys really using door dash as your delivery service or are you that short on driver’s?? I personally will always go through papa John’s, I know their back story and pretty much anything else.

Papa, Papa, Papa…What happened?!?! We ordered three items and NOT one came right. The first pizza was a stuffed crust half extra pepperoni and the whole other half mushroom and spinach. It came with extra pepperoni on the WHOLE thing. The second was a small pizza with light sauce, light cheese, olives and pineapple. It came with regular sauce and regular cheese. The third thing was garlic knots. They came burnt. So we called, you were quick to correct your mistake, which was awesome because it’s a Sunday night after 8pm. So we waited another 45 minutes or so, which is t too bad. But EVERYTHING came looking the same as the first order!! When we called back your GM said we were taking money out of his pocket… … and hung up on us. Like, are we five years old?! (Pictures are side by sides)

I read a ton of horror stories on past reviews and was hesitant to order delivery, but I’m sick in bed and decided to risk it. Very happy with the food and the service, the pizza was exactly as ordered and cooked correctly, the delivery was done with DoorDash which I thought would be an issue, but the delivery lady was very sweet and brought the pizza over very quickly and with no issue. Very happy that I decided to order, was tasty and everything was just as it was meant to be.

Recently won a free large 1 topping pizza from a Facebook post contest. Decided to give it a whirl and was very satisfied. Got free cheese sticks too because of their rewards program. Both were hot and fresh, and were ready when I arrived to carry-out. Got some cheese and red peppers, and the crewman even put in some extra of the hot peppers. Nice guy. Solid experience. Will be back soon.

I placed an order for a pizza from Papa John’s and scheduled it for a later delivery time. Not only did the pizza never arrive, but I was also charged over $30 for absolutely nothing.
I tried repeatedly to contact the store directly – no one answered. The phone would just ring and then hang up. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service, only to be met with an automated system that was no help at all. It claimed my order was delivered, but I never received a single thing.
There was no way to get a real person on the line, and the entire process left me hungry, frustrated, and out $30. For a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, this was a total letdown.

It is a hit or miss on getting your order done right or without missing ingredients. I do believe they are trying their best as they are short staff most of the time but overall the pizza is good.
