I am not sure if there was a management change in the past 2 months, but the service at this location is horrible. I wish there was another location closer to where I live because my kids love Papa John’s Pizza. After being told to wait (which was over 10 minutes) I was asked my name for my online order (which I had placed 15 minutes before walking in,) most of the oprder had been sitting under the lamp the entire time. 5 semi warm pizzas and 2 orders of dried out wings. This location used to be a lot better, hopefully I will get to modify my review, but I won’t be back for a few months, or at all.

I didn’t choose DoorDash for a reason, and now it automatically went through DoorDash instead of going through you directly like I wanted. I should absolutely get the choice or at the very least have the right to know that I will be directed to a third party company and which company that is, BEFORE it happens. Shame on you guys.

I have ordered here a million times this time has finally done it for me and I will never be returning pizza was so poorly cooked even though I put well done. Also is was so horribly cut like can any of you make a real pizza because idk what this is and can’t believe you sell this to the public straight horrible. Would give zero stars if I could.

I’ve ordered from this location twice, the first time they gave me a supreme when I ordered a Tuscan six cheese, then Friday I ordered same pizza with half pepperoni, was charged for it, and there wasn’t any pepperoni at all.

I wish there was a lower rating than a 1 for this location. Worst papa John’s I have ever encountered. The manage is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service experience. I will never go back to this location and I’d recommend you don’t as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs .

I ordered in advance. Was told it will be 15 minutes. I arrived in 20. The order was not ready. My daughter and I waited for another 15 and the order was still not ready. Then we were told it will be another 10 minutes. We walked out and went to papa Murphys instead. At the rate it was taking them I could get a better pizza better ingredients and faster service.
I will never go back to papa John’s again.
