First time ordering and the experience was good. They carry coupon deals you can use for your order. Delivery was on time, even though I asked well done it seems it was just baked regular. Food tasted more like frozen pizzas from the grocery store than freshly made. Not the tasty pizza I was expecting p. Hut, dominos have more rich flavor. Probably will order again. But there is more and better options.

Pizza was over cooked and hard to eat. Also gave me one small sauce for my jalapeño poppers. I’m not happy with it. Don’t think I will be going back to this one. Rather get my money back and go to blackjack or pizza hut where the crust is great.

Pizza came burnt I called them and all they offered was store credit. I would like an edible pizza not store credit. We had to order pizza from dominos for the kids.

We ordered for pick up, it was 10:30pm and they were the only pizza place taking orders for pick up. (I believe they take orders for take out until midnight.) They filled our order pretty quick and we were on our way. The pizza and bricks were delish! Thanks Papa John’s, for taking care of our late night, after moving all day hunger. You rock!

I placed an order for 1 pizza. Called the phone # for the store and prompt #5 says cancel your order. I did that within 3 mins because I made a mistake and needed to order more. So after 3 calls I finally got someone one on the phone. He said he would cancel my order and refund my card. The pizza showed up. I google treated my driver that I had cancelled the order. So no pizza, sent it back. Called got the manager Shannon on the phone and she told me I could not cancel an order after placed!! Why have an option #5 to cancel your order if you can not??? Not only that she’s rude and very unprofessional to be in management as that’s what I do for a living. Long story short.. I’m done with this store. 3rd time bad things have happened at this location. Papa John’s is my favorite, next time maybe Pizza Hut. Thanks Shannon for making my experience the last one. I recommend Cosmos Pizza.

For some reason the website sent my order here so they’re getting the review: Papa Johns has some dumb new system where one of multiple stores will get your order, and since none of them hire their own delivery drivers they just let a rideshare handle the delivery orders… Meaning my perfectly reasonable tip for the local store winds up being a garbage tip for the driver coming across town, so I waited for an hour before investigating what was going on. Had to cancel the order because no way am I paying $60 for food that sat under a heat lamp for an hour while they found a driver.
Stupid system, won’t be ordering from the company at all anymore. The owner should complain to corporate that they’re losing business over these terrible practices.

I ordered two large pizza at this location , two large pizza by phone , they told me wait time is 20 to 30 minutes to be delivered . My pizza that I ordered came 1 hour and 20 minutes later and they are cold . I called the store phone , A girl name Nicole answered and telling me that I was lucky to get my pizza a hour and 20 minutes . She was rude , I told her when I called they told me 20 to 30 minutes . Customer service is not good at all when a customer bringing things to your attention , you need to listen . I won’t be ordering to this location anymore.! Managers coach your employees to be polite . Our pizza is not for free , we paid for it, so we expect a good quality food . Nicole you should not work in customer service if you can’t do your job .!
