My husband just got out from a pickup (Saturday July 29th, 2023 at around 4pm)and a person was trying to placed an order in store. The customer was a none-English person and the person in the front wasn’t even trying to help him. The person left to the back with the other crew members and started to ignore the senior gentleman. So this customer asked my husband for help, explained the situation and proceeded to start calling the crew members from the back, whom they all were ignoring him too. Papa Johns is one of my favorite pizza places. I love their cheese and marinara sauce. Sometimes the pizza can come a bit dry but it’s delicious none the less. I love the pepperoncini peppers and the garlic sauce is hands down my favorite everytime. I recommend the meatball pepperoni papadilla or even the grilled Buffalo chicken papadilla! This store is not a place where you can eat in. It’s small and is just enough for deliveries and take out.

This is the second time they cancel my order. They close at 11PM, I ordered at 10:34 so still within the closing time right? Just lazy workers who don’t like to WORK. I will never order from this location again. And the time before that they messed up my order for a large pepperoni pizza. Hire people who actually enjoy their job.
