I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by the customer service I received. The service was unacceptable. The man who assisted me the blonde guy was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. He made me wait over 30 minutes just to take my order and even to let me speak about what I wanted. He ignored me the entire time, and his attitude was disrespectful and totally inappropriate for someone working with customers.
This is absolutely the last time I come to this location. I order from this restaurant often, but this specific branch is by far the worst. The experience was terrible from start to finish.
The only positive part was the manager. She was very kind and professional, and she gave me a discount for the long and unnecessary wait. I really appreciated her help, especially because I was in a rush and didn’t have time to waste.

She did not have my apt number & not only called, left a message and texted but actually turned around and came back and climbed 3 flights of stairs to make sure I received my pizza! Outstanding! I worked with a Great person. Her name was Janelle. Very knowledgeable great personality and helped me find good deals for my order and I wanted to make sure that there was extra sauce on my pizza and she personally went over and told the cooks this is what I called. Good customer service. Keep it up.

Pizza originally said it would take 30 minutes DIDNT show up for almost 2 hours. Tried calling the store and was on hold for about 30 minute then it hung up, when calling back it said it was closed. When I finally got my order it was almost frozen cold and was missing items, I then could almost see through the cheese bread. I ended up calling the store the next day and after about 45 minutes f being on hold I finally talked to someone and got my refund. Only reason it’s a two star and not one.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this papa John’s for delivery. I work not even 5 minutes down the road on the same street as the restaurant.
I always get quoted a time that’s already absurd like an hour for 1 pizza and then door dash ends up delivering my pizza every time.
When I finally get my items over an hour later they are always cold.
The pictures below show icing that is supposed to be loose and is caked on because it is cold and cold garlic knots.
At least keep my food in a warmer or in the oven if you’re gonna be 30 minutes late for 40$ pizza.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. The pizza was not even cooked. It was raw dough. I got my food two hours after I ordered. To top it off I didn’t get all the wings that i ordered. This was THE Worst experience I’ve ever had with any pizza place.

Bought a pizza and Oreo bites. Bacon was put under the cheese causing everything to fall apart. Asked for well done was not. Not sliced all the way through. Almost 4 inches of crust. Oreo bites were a waste of money. I worked at a pizza place in the past. Really not that hard if you care. They obviously don’t. Don’t recommend will get my free pizza and not return.

The store won’t answer the phone to correct my order, so I’m calling corporate. Either way, this company is making this right. For your reference, this was order #839940643.

Such a great location with super polite staff. They have plenty of deals so you can get a pretty good bang for your buck. The delivery is fairly quick as well which we occasionally take advantage of. If you have any issues with your order they typically find a way to rectify it to your liking. Now, I’m an ex-New Yorker, so I’m extremely biased to what good pizza is. With that being said, they offer exactly what I’d expect from a large chain, and significantly better than Domino’s or Little Caesars.

I gave it a year. Nothing changed. The pizza was great, aside from the bugs that I had to get out of the box because the door dash driver could not read directions and put it on the table. They put it on the ground, didn’t ring the doorbell and put it up against the door so I had to go out the back door to get it because it was wedged under the door frame. You can’t do anything because they aren’t papa John’s drivers and door dash doesn’t care. I want the tip back. Also, there shouldn’t be a delivery fee because their employees don’t deliver it. It used to be a good excuse for up charging but why not just raise your price? Off for another year long sabbatical.
