I had a bad experience with the delivery guy this evening. He knocked on the manager office very loudly, when there is a sign on the door that clearly.states do not knock.The manager came to the front door,where he tried to drop the pizza order,instead of delivering it to the front door of my apartment,where have had other drivers leave the order. He was truly just to lazy to do his job properly. I will not be ordering from Papa John’s in the future.

I ended up with three pizzas. The second one was best and the third was so heavy, the girl that delivered it pulled it out of delivery bag towards her and all the pizza fell toward the front. When I opened the box, the pizza was all in the front of the box.. It was horrible experience. And I love Papa Johns hadn’t eaten it in years!

I’ve never experienced a better papa John’s or pizza restaurant, I asked for a delivery and I spoke to Kaitlin about placing my order and destyni on the eta on my order because I have anxiety and I get very overwhelmed if people knock and they were so nice and kind they helped me out so much it was amazing. They literally made my day. And I had a driver named Madison deliver my food, she was so kind making sure the pizza stayed hot and fresh and the drink stayed cold, and made sure I didn’t need anything else. I truly reccomnend asking to talk to destyni and Kaitlin they were so helpful and kind it was unbelievable. I’m definitely going back! The pizza was perfectly cut and perfectly half and half, I have autism so I get overwhelmed if certain toppings are touching and they did it so well I’m truly amazed.

A few weeks ago I ordered two pizzas and a thing of breadsticks. It took over an hour and a half to get to my house. I called four times to get a refund over two weeks. Every time they said the general manager needed to approve it and they would text them. I work food service so I get that it takes a while. But we didn’t eat the food, it was cold when I got to us. I never received a refund. You can order better food for a much cheaper price. $45 for food we didn’t eat.

Order from here all the time and it’s great but the pizzas are never cut all the way through so I have to cut them myself after it’s delivered. Everytime btw. Could you please take a little extra time and cut them properly.
Updating this to 1 star. Pizza was 45min late I call and they don’t care and say the order was cancelled by the driver. Last order I will ever make here.

I came at 10pm because my son was hungry. The employee was very angry and disrespectful. If my son wasn’t hungry, I wouldn’t buy pizza from this disrespectful man. He takes the money and makes pizza with his hands. Not clean.

Seriously amazing. I ordered the six cheese, pepperoni and sausage pizza on the Brooklyn crust. The crust was spot on with the chew and the slight crunch on the bottom. The pepperoni had a nice kick, not your ordinary boring pepperoni. The sausage complimented the six super flavorful cheeses. The whole time I’m eating it I’m thinking there’s no way this is Papa Johns. This is sit down restaurant quality paired with a nice chardonnay kind of pizza. I do recommend ordering extra garlic butter. I dipped nearly every bite and took it to next level flavor town. Outstanding.

I picked up an order and when I got home realized they made it wrong. I called the store and a manger said I would be refunded to my gift card. After no refund in 2 weeks, I emailed the support line and someone from district management said they would reach out to the owner/franchise operator and get them to contact me about the status of my refund.
After waiting another weeks I followed up and they responded that they would try again to contact the local store and get them to contact me.
It’s been over 3 weeks since the initial order and Still no refund. It’s obvious the franchise owner doesn’t care.

I used to really enjoy papa John’s but the last three times we’ve ordered, over 1.5 years, the crust is paper flat and raw under the toppings (two toppings at most). There’s no fluff to anything but the edges and even those are deflated and sad.
Disappointing and unfortunately, has ended us ordering from papa John’s and that makes me a bit sadder than your crust.
