I ordered my pizza and asked repeatedly for ranch packets. I get the pizza and the pepper looked half eaten and I got zero ranch dressing!! I called the so-called manager and she was yelling at ME for being upset about not getting what I paid for. She even called me back just to talk AT me and tell me I wasn’t justified in my complaints. Wow. This little girl clearly hasn’t been taught vital social skills in her job. Super sad because I live down the street and that place is a do not repeat.

The last time we ordered it was so bad we actually called to voice concern, they placed us on hold after offering a refund then never picked up the phone again ALL NIGHT even after repeated attempts to call them back. Even after I gave a 25% tip online, the delivery driver couldn’t wait 8 seconds after he knocked before he put my pizza on the ground and walked off . I literally ran to the door, opened it and he was getting into his car and just looked at me and closed his door. Not doing delivery any more.

Shout out to the workers that work at this Papa John’s!!!! They were the only restaurant open during the ice storm and they still were pleasant and provided above and beyond customer service. Papa John’s has almost always been good to us. They usually are super fast and consistent with the food they make. Occasionally it’s just really bad but that’s rare and usually remedied by a discussion with management and refunds or remakes. But overall it’s good and we’ll keep bringing our money here when we want pizza.
