Ordered three large pizza – all of them were prepared incorrectly.
The cheese used on them clearly wasn’t the usual cheese that other Papa John’s use – there was an element of bitterness and sharpness that mozzarella shouldn’t have. It also didn’t taste as if the toppings or the sauce were fresh. The taste and texture for all three pizza’s were not good.
I personally won’t be returning to this particular Papa John.

I recently ordered a garlic stuffed crust pizza, which consist of
“original dough stuffed with melty cheese and baked to a crispy, golden goodness”.
The pizza I received had a very very thin dough with stuffed cheese crust. Its clears it was not original dough as advertised. It had more cheese than dough as seen in the picture.
I’m not sure what’s going on here but there’s other times I get pizza from this establishment with missing pockets of cheese where its just dough and topping on the pizza.
Normally I wouldn’t complain but, damn you charge people for a product and then short them out of what they paid for to cut cost and stretch profits at the customers expense.

I place an order for delivery on the Papa John’s app. When I received my order both of my pizzas were smashed. I called the store and they said that they can give me my money back or remake me some more. I agreed to have some remade, but this time I would pick my food up myself and I also asked the tem member could I get a credit or some type of compensation since I had to drive to the store which is 20 mins away from my house. He said that I could speak with the manager when I got there. When I arrived, I explained that my sides were cold and the General Manager named Tiffany told me there wasn’t anything she could do to help me and to contact Doordash to assist me. I contacted doordash and they had me contact Papa John’s help desk to further assist me. When I spoke with the help desk rep he contacted the manager and they told him they would be willing to give me another pizza. I explained that I already drove to the store and this behavior is unacceptable. The rep told me he would put in a ticket for a complaint for the store and someone would contact me in 48 hours. I will believe it, when I actually receive the call. Please do yourself a favor and just order pizza from Conan’s on Stassney for good quality pizza!

Manager was nice but the pizza is gross. No cheese on a good portion of it. Was supposed to be half pepperoni half pineapple and Canadian bacon but there’s pineapple on every piece. Not what I ordered.

Something about Buda and Papa John’s, makes me hungry and happy. I bought one of their pies or pizzas here a few years ago only to eat the bell pepper. Such a great combination of flavor that those lovely peppers bring when combined with a delicious pie!

It’s unpleasant to watch them prepare the pizza; the person in charge wasn’t wearing gloves or a mask, didn’t have any food handling equipment, and was also smoking marihuana

Very friendly, but subtracting two stars because the last three times I’ve ordered they ignore the request for extra sauce which I enter on their app. Dry pizza is a waste of time and money for me.
