This is the second Papa Johns we’ve been to that only had ONE employee working in the entire store during busy times and they were completely overloaded and WAY behind in their orders. When we showed up to pick up our pizzas, all the computers were down and our order wasn’t ready. Waited another 30 minutes and the order still wasn’t ready because the computers were still down. The girl behind the counter was doing her best to get things up and running (on the phone with tech support), but she was understandably very upset and crying. This wasn’t her fault in any way…the management teams at these Papa Johns stores need to get their heads out of their rear ends. The one star review is on the store, not the girl behind the counter.

Upon entering the establishment for carryout, I observed an employee seated on the counter, engaged with her phone. While the employee who assisted me was courteous, I noticed that he did not present the pizzas for my inspection prior to my departure, which is a practice I have come to expect from this location. Regrettably, upon arriving home, I found that the pizza I had requested to be well-done was, in reality, undercooked in the center. There has been a decline in customer service at this location over the past year.

Terrible customer service!!! Employee came outside upset accusing me of pressing the “I am Here” button on my app when I arrived to get my curbside. He seemed very upset and took it out on us. He said this is not Little Cesar’s ? Was this white man being prejudiced because I am Hispanic? Why the rudeness and comments. I was simply letting them know on the app that I was here as instructed too on the app. Very poor customer service. I hope they refund my request to cancel.

We ordered over the phone which sends you to some call center and they barely speak English…… pull up to the location and the first thing we see is people sitting on the counters with random people in the back. One guy was wearing scrubs talking to everyone and coughing everywhere…. We were so alert with everything that was going on and noticed a lady grab our pizza with her bare hands and put it in a pizza box and turned out to be the manager.
Every one working and not working in the back did not wear gloves.
We did not bother getting a refund and threw that pizza in the trash. Horrible establishment.

Went to order 2 pizzas before they closed because my girlfriend was wanting food. One lady was working by herself and said it wasn’t even considered a potential issue and immediately worked on the pizzas so late at night. By far, their Buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite, and their employees are extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend coming here for your pizza.

Recently started ordering delivery after having not ordered for years. The drivers have always been incredibly friendly, Samuel and Danny definitely stood out. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with other chains but they were very nice and all smiles! The pizza has become my new to go to when it comes to pizza chains. That garlic stuffed crust is to die for. Thank you and Keep up the amazing work y’all!
