Unfortunately when I call the guy that answer did his best to help but when he transferred me directly to the store in Guadalupe St at this time 12pm on 11/16/2025 and the guy that answer was not even trying to help or care about customer care, very lazy attitude like if he wanted to go home already and not wanted to work or help out on a order so since he didn’t care, I hang up and I rather other pizza from another pizza corporation but not Papa John’s. Very sad and poor customer service.

Lame ahh papa John’s, ordered online an hour before closing and pulled up 15 mins later to get my order and they said it didn’t go through on their end then they got me waiting till 12am to just tell me I can pay again and the money got sent back to my account. Employees should’ve just made me my two pizzas for free for the almost hour wait
