We ordered at the lobby for take out during Ring Days at A&M on 10-18-25. We were helped by Mary. She was so nice and professional, she kept us informed on the status of our large order. She also advised us where we could get the other things we needed. She was the only one working and kept up with our large order and call in orders for delivery. We thanked her and we will definitely return when we are at College Station!

Papa use to have my favorite pizza. Don’t know what happened but their quality is less than frozen pizza. The 50% off deal should clarify that it means 50% less sauce, cheese and topping. That’s a great way to lose a customer for life. I suspect the company is circling the drain

Are jalapeños in short supply? We ordered 3 pizzas and some sides for our lunch at work. When they arrived we all gathered around the table to pop the pizza box tops and enjoy but the pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños was very disappointing as you can see in the picture. Literally there was like 1 jalapeño slice per piece of pizza and you were lucky if it was the size of a dime. Won’t order from here again.

Just got our pizza from door dash and this is what it looks like. From restaurant experience, this should have never been out in a box. Literally missing half a pizza. I called 6x and pressed 5 like it told me and it would repeat the same message every time. Never had a problem before but I definitely want a refund on this pizza. This is not okay.

I actually received the worst pizza ever from Papa John’s last night. The order was close to closing time through Door Dash and the quality was awful. I ordered a 2 topping pizza with regular crust cooked well done. The pizza was so thick that it was soggy in the middle. I called the Manager today and she couldn’t find the order. I gave her the details and she curtly told me that she makes thousands of pizzas and she can’t remember every pizza. I tried to give her more information and she abruptly told me that I need to contact Door Dash. Total waste of $34.58 and the manager didn’t care about my order whatsoever. I will be using Domino’s from now on.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this location. Foods always fresh and on time. Any time there’s been a question about the order I placed online I get a phone call to confirm the details. This evening, they happened to be put of dough and the webpage doesn’t relay things like this to the customer, immediately got a phone call to confirm I wanted thin crust because that’s what’s available at the moment. I didn’t request thin, these kids are hungry now not later, but I don’t mind this minor detail because the customer service is worth it. Thank you to the team for the great experiences in the past and the relentless excellence in service.
