Been waiting 90 minute for pizza. They asked me to pay first. I paid and they said it would be 20 more minute. Went back in after 40 minute, they said one oven has been broken. But they are pumping pizzas out the back door none stop. Just bullshit that they took payment before mentioning the broken over. Don’t come here, go to Domino’s in Nederland.

Papa John’s Nederland used to be a good place to order pizza. Now there are people who take your order who can’t speak clear English and the prices have gone up into custom order brick oven pizza range… and the pizza is clearly not of that quality. We ordered a 5 topping thin crust today that barely had any cheese on it, and there were bare places on it like someone had scavenged the toppings off. Pineapple was one of the toppings and I didn’t get my first taste of pineapple until the 3rd piece. There were nowhere near enough toppings for a $30+ pizza. This is inexcusable and I won’t be ordering pizza from this Papa John’s any time soon if ever again.

Papa Johns Pizza was the only pizza I would eat! Until my last purchase was horrible. The pizza was cold, and tasted old. I do eating time on tiktok and my followers wasn’t happy how the pizza looked. 2367 views on my live and not one person had anything nice to say about the pizza. I didn’t want the pizza anymore. I ordered Dominoes and my views jumped 2 thousand more views! The pizza was fresh out the oven! I never ate their pizza before. That’s my go to place now!

This is one of the only pizza places around here that cooks the pizza well done if requested. Whoever is making the pizza, you’re amazing.
However our pizza has never been delivered on time. It is always 30+ min late. Maybe your delivery zone is too large, or youre over loading your driver with orders…either way the hard work in your kitchen is going to waste thanks to whoever manages deliveries

I ordered online and arrived at the time the website said it would be ready and it was perfectly timed. It was a Friday night so they were busy and they lobby was full but they had 12 people working and communicating. They were efficient and handled everything well.
The pizza had a piece that was missing cheese and toppings. The cheesy bread was a little burnt on the edges but this didn’t ruin the food and my little boy never complained.
I would recommend this place.

Called store to find out about my order. They sent it with a door dasher, and now it shows its going to take at least 20 minutes with that driver before it gets to me. Asked to speak to manager and the manager refused to get on the phone. On top of that the driver doesn’t speak English. I am not bilingual therefore we will not be able to understand each other. So I’m paying $30 for cold food. Worst they have even been.
