You can tell when a place doesn’t care when dump most to all of your ingredients in the middle of the pizza. The taste of the pizza is also a little off. Definitely won’t be going back to this place again, it’s gone to hell.

This store has the deals marked as a good price then they add hidden charges. My order on their good deal was at 18 dollars before then magically it jumped to 27.99,then they added 3 dollars per pizza to make them large which then should of been maybe 34 dollars to pickup. But when my aid went to pickup it magically went to 49. Dollars. This papa John’s should be reported for fraud and theft,they’re crooks!!!

I had a carry out order that I placed for 16 piece Buffalo wings and Small pepperoni pizza! The manager that was on front counter was cool and easy going. The pizza was fresh and tasted good. The wings were HOT and good amount of the Buffalo flavoring! 2nd visit at this location and haven’t been let down.

Our pizza wasnt really edible. It was over cooked even though we ordered extra ranch & had a weird cinnamon spice flavor to our chicken bacon ranch large pizza. Even the garlic butter couldnt help it.

Tiniest little baby microscopic wings I’ve ever had… and about 3 inches of crust before the sauce even starts and about 4 inch’s before any toppings are added… Seriously the cheapest way to make wings and pizza ever… This is the last time I get suckered into coming here by a commercial that clearly doesn’t represent the actual product

This Philly cheesesteak pizza is an onion and green pepper pizza. The called up just to make sure. The guy told me that add the same amount of steak to each pizza. ♂️ And there was nothing he could do. PURE TRASH !!!

They wanted me to return the pizza before a new one would be sent. Seriously? A huge national chain doesn’t own up to its mistakes and trust the customer? I was completely shocked.

On 12/30/2024 at night I went to buy a large pizza with ham and mushrooms at Papa John’s. It was my first time with Papa John’s. I asked for both toppings to be served in sufficient quantity. When I picked up the pizza I noticed that the amount of both toppings was not small, it was ridiculous. When I spoke to the manager he did not acknowledge the problem and far from admitting the deficiency, he told me that “this is how the pizzas are here”, Incredible. It was my fault because I went to PJ. After all, it is closer to my house, that’s why. I am a regular customer of Gio’s Pizza where these unpleasant problems do not exist. For Gio’s Pizza, the customer comes first. If you want to eat a good pizza with first-class attention, go to Gio’s Pizza and you will avoid a terrible experience. Dr. Julio Acosta
