Just ordered one of them new pan pizza and let me tell you it was disgusting. Wr asked for it well done and when we got home is was so undwr cooked you couldn’t even eat it. And thats sad too…..i love papa johns!!.. Hopefully the managers read these reviews!!…..

Just as they say, better ingredients better pizza. Papa John’s is easily the best of the pizza fast food chain. When ordering I recommend tapping the box for extra marinara on your pizza. Their sauce is so delicious.

I ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and cheese bread. When I went in to get the order the cheese bread had been completely forgotten so I had to wait, while the rest of my order got cold. Didn’t get any sort of apology or even an acknowledgment of the mistake.

I don’t usually patronize the Papa John’s Pizza restaurant chain, but I went against my norm and placed a carryout order along with fellow coworkers due to convenience and work setting. I ordered the the Garden Fresh Pizza . My order was correct

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had with your customer service.
I ordered a pizza that unfortunately did not reach me, prompting me to check the tracking information. Upon discovering the issue, I called the store to address my concerns. The representative who answered my call was unable to provide a resolution, so I requested to speak with a manager. I was placed on hold, and when the next individual came on the line, I was met with an aggressive tone and an accusatory demeanor instead of the assistance I anticipated.
The person identified herself as “Tonya,” claiming to be the district manager. I found her approach to be unprofessional, as she did not offer a proper introduction and dismissed my concerns. When I inquired about the lack of respect in our interaction, she maintained her stance, stating that she was unable to assist me further and would only refund my payment rather than resend my order.
Horrible service!!! Tonya is so unprofessional for manager.

Today March 28 i placed a order through papa johns online order at 4:29 pm i send my Husband and son to pick it up after school they went to ask for my order , and kept on saying it wasn’t ready . when my husband went it had past 40
minutes and asked how long more for the pizza since it always takes them 10 minutes to make a simple delivery pizza . they were lost ! they said that pizza was gone long ago . that they gave it wrong .
so they left pissed .
i called the manger all he said was sorry . he said he didn’t know what happened or
anything. no explanations .
so i didn’t have no lunch today my hour was done.
He didn’t offer me nothing in exchange of THEIR mistake.
instead of
being on their phones they need to do better !

Maybe I walked in at the wrong time but got there as they were discussing issues they had with the last customer and continued as i asked for my pickup order. The issue continued into my order because my wings were not ready as well, even though we got a phone text saying it should have been ready 5 minutes before I got there. The good thing is they figured it out and got me out of there in a timely matter. Hopefully, this was just a fluke, and they handle their business accordingly most of the time.

It took over 2 hours from order time to delivery. My husband sent the cold pizzas back with the driver. The driver was very rude (despite the generous tip we left) and even scolded my husband for not ordering earlier in the day (I have this on camera) I attempted to call the store several times and would always get hung up on. I do hope I get a timely refund that I do not have to fight for. I left a complaint through the website and asked to be contacted through email and the store called me, it was the same manager that wanted to argue. The manager stated we would be getting a refund and hung up. Why bother leaving a complaint through the website if they are just going to have the manager from the store call and if the store already has my number why didn’t they call or email to let me know delivery was going to take over an hour? The entire situation was handled very poorly. If you call the customer service number they will just have the store manager, that just argued with me, told me to plan better by ordering sooner in the day and gave me a hard time, call me back. What’s the point in that?

Don’t understand how this could have happened this evening and the driver even left my second order at the store, I like ordering from the papa johns nearest me cause they are close but this is the last straw, I’ve had multiple orders previously where they are completely wrong and I’ve had it. I even tried calling the store in the past to complain for a small refund or something for the wrong orders and the manager basically said “nah sorry it can’t be helped”.
