The staff is very polite and the pizza is good. However, they provide a specific pickup time but tend to run late — I waited about 15 to 20 extra minutes. It would be nice if the estimated time were a bit more accurate

Papa John’s is one of my favorite pizza places, but for some reason not sure if it is just this location not caring or what but there pizza is lacking when it comes to the quality it used be. Lacking the cheese and the sauce on the pizza and a lot of crust around the edge was not covered, the over all quality i would say was on pair with a cheap pizza from the frozen section of a grocery store.

Papa John’s is one of my favorites but just a complete lack of caring at this one. I ordered a original crust pizza which is the thicker one by the way. I picked up my pizza and checked but it was thin maybe not thin and crispy but definitely thin. My wife was out of town so decided to cheat on my diet. I had been saving this day for a month. I ordered online for delivery. After waiting what felt like eternity the pizza arrived. See pics. The driver must have drifted every turn to get here then carried the pizza like trapper keeper from the 90s. I called in and store offered to replace it but warned me they only had 1 driver.

The staff knows they don’t deliver so far out. My husband or myself picks up the pizza. They know we’re disabled (walking with canes) so we call in they bring pizza to our car. We usually tip nicely. They’re friendly. We come aleast every two weeks.

Update: 8/14/2022 tried to give them another shot and our pizza was raw and doughy. Had to throw it all away and we just ate the cookie cake.
Placed the order at 12:06 online, it said 32 minutes expected delivery time, it’s now 1:40, and nothing yet. Over an hour and a half later and nothing yet, my oldest will have to get it himself and eat it alone we had to leave him at home because we are late to our soccer games and had to pick up McDonalds. Thanks Papa Johns.

I had not had Papa John’s in a very long time. I ordered the Works and it was probably the best pizza I have had in years. Phebe provided top notch customer service from beginning to end. I was treated like I was someone. I will be back not just because the pizza was outstanding but because Phebe treated me like I was the most important customer they had all day.

Started getting our pizza from this Papa John’s in May. The pizza is awesome. Always fresh and hot. We get the large, stuffed crust. Service is great and the employees are friendly. Depending on the time of day and day of the week, wait time can be different. Prices are competitive. Worth your time and money at this location.
