I don’t usually order papa John’s but kept seeing commercials for their pan pizza but I definitely won’t be ordering there again.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 3-6pc wings.
The 1st was the pan pizza, either missing toppings, including cheese, or maybe someone didn’t handle correctly. The 2nd was the New York style, 1/2 Alfred and 1/2 Alfred w/pepperoni. Very dried out, like it didn’t have any sauce at all.
The wings were tiny and didn’t taste that good.
I spent $47 and some change, AFTER COUPONS and it was a horrible meal. If I wasn’t exhausted from the day I would’ve gone back and gotten my money back.

I recently visited the Papa John’s at 6262 Highway 6 in Missouri City, TX, and had a great experience. The service was fast, and the pizza was good—just what I needed for a quick and satisfying meal. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready in no time. Definitely a reliable spot if you’re in the area and craving some pizza!

I stopped ordering @ the end of 2022 because their Pizzas were consistently missing sauce, toppings and cheese.
I’ve complained over several months & was even contacted by management many times but they did not improve.
I tried them again this past week, on June 4th, hoping they improved, but it was still the same. I have deleted their app and will not order from them again.

Picked up my order tonight around 9:15 pm 8/30/2025 and the young guy with glasses at the counter greeted everyone with a big smile, including me. Honestly, that kind of positive attitude makes such a difference. I even saw a delivery driver come back from a run and he was smiling and wishing people well too, which you don’t usually see after a long shift. Really awesome experience — props to the team!

So first of all. This place is customer oriented. They know how to retain their loyal customers. Very nice and courteous staff. Coming to food!! Wow and awesome. Had my best Papa John’s pizza here. The spicy garlic cheese dip is super duper delicious. Must have sides. Coming here again for sure. Thank you so much ♥️

This is my usual papa John’s but what the hell is going on? The pizza was beyond disgusting and the wings taste like Tyson Walmart frozen nuggets with buffalo sauce sprinkled on top. DO BETTER!

Why do I have to settle for something I did not order. When you call to say I recieved the wrong order my wife is told look under the meat . There should be vegatables under there. What the heck does that mean. I ordered a supreme and I received a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I’m not blind or stupid and I’m sick of places like this hiring people and not training them to have any customer service or professionalism. You don’t know what people are going though where they may need your service to get by or you may simply have an allergy to something. Please take the time to make your staff have compassion and respect. This is why the world is so messed up right now. I never write reviews but I’m truly sick and tired of disrespect and poor customer service after I’ve paid for a product or service. FIX IT

Pizza didn’t seem fresh. It was very flat, no rise to it. Crust was burnt, tough and chewy. Sometimes I think they pre-make and reheat pizza.
