Update: we went and got it. Tracker said it was out for delivery but the order was not. Staff was super nice and said they’d put a free pizza on my account and remove the delivery fee. We ate the garlic knots before getting back, they were pretty good.
1.5+ hrs. to deliver one pizza an garlic knots that’s 10 minutes from them. Called multiple times for an update and no one pick up the phone and the line hung up on its own.
Currently says it’s out for delivery but who knows.

I usually don’t leave a bad review unless it’s really bad. Pizza crust was overdone and hard, too much sauce and very less meat and toppings per slice and overall on the pizza. Pizza was basically just a whole lot of sauce and cheese and nothing else. The only good thing was the wings, it was flavorful and the piece were decent size.

I have came to this location a total of three times. The first two times it was awesome BUT today 3/25 they must have had an update on their staff because this is what I got. Called to ask why and they have call center answering. Was transferred to the store and Julian was the one to answer. He asked my name and proceeded to tell me he could not find the order. I’m sure this was the same person that handed me my order like 15 min earlier. I have worked papa johns as shift manager and would never have let a pizza walk out my store like this. I guess I’ll have to make the extra drive to glen lakes next time.

I had a positive experience with Erickson on a busy Friday night. I accidentally submitted an order for pickup instead of delivery, but Erickson was incredibly helpful. He switched it to delivery and was a pleasure to talk to, providing a quick solution to my problem. Highly recommend for outstanding customer service!

So I ordered a BBQ Papadia and Maria who is supposedly the store manager tells me ain’t nothing she can do because she made it herself and she is correct . I attached a photo and y’all tell me does that look like it has bbq on it. Not to mention it was cooked hard. So I was told to call tomorrow and speak to Jamie but instead I would rather get 20 family members and we stand in front n boycott this Papa Johns because her customer service was trash and the food she cooked was even worse. Fire Maria or Jamie because she laughed when I asked for her name.

I have been ordering from this Papa Jones branch for close to two years. I have always had a great experience but today’s order was exceptional!!! They were hot, fresh and yummy. This location always does a great job. Thank you so much for always doing an awesome job, and having friendly staff. I will be back to this location! Wayyy better than most!

0 STARS! It looks as though someone didn’t pick up their plain pepperoni pizza so they literally threw the topping on it & gave it to me. Everything fell off while picking up a slice. Horrible service & that’s probably why no customers were there and this was during lunch time.

The messed my pizza twice last night, first they sent it to another one and when they redone it it was more than half an hour later, it came with ingredients concentrated on one side and the other side lacked it, specially one of the ingredients was in only in a quarter of the pizza, by far this is the worst pizza I had.

I have frequented this location since it first opened. I was very shocked to see all the bad reviews. Every time my late father or I would pick up an order, it went smoothly and our pizza was always near-perfection. After nearly 100 orders, I have never been disappointed.
