I ordered an extra large Hawaiian pizza from this location and it was a huge letdown. Only about 15% of the pizza had toppings, the rest was just plain crust. Hardly any cheese, barely any sauce — it honestly felt like I was eating a dry loaf of bread. For the price of an XL, this was beyond disappointing.

I just ordered some breadstick and these are completely raw. I called the store and told Manager about it and she’s telling me that you take it back while I cannot go back to the store at this point she said bring it back all the way to 1 in the morning we’re open. This was the last time I ever ordered from this crappy nasty place. I would never recommend anybody ordering from this place ever again that’s the worst place to order things from.

Was very excited for this new pizza option but was highly disappointed. Both pizzas had hardly any toppings and barely any cheese. The thin crust was way over cooked, could not even eat the crust. Not the PapaJohns I remember. A huge disappointment and bad reflection on the reputation of a great Louisiana staple

All slices of pizza were insanely runny and watery. Found a thick long blonde strand of hair in the first slice I picked up. Hair must’ve come from the long haired worker that didn’t have his hair tied up in the back. Poor quality dish.

Half the pizza was cheesy half was dry and hardly any cheese which is funny because it was half cheese half pep and the cheese side was the one with hardly any cheese and was dry and almost burnt. They cut it badly too so part of it was large slices part small and mostly only crust. I don’t get it.

If you live in Cross Creek figure out a way to order from the one on Spring Green. This one delivered cold pizza 3 hours after it had been ordered. I hope I can figure out a way to have Spring Green continue to deliver to Cross Creek otherwise ill just pick up from there moving forward.
I don’t usually write bad reviews but feel it necessary for any parents that may be planning date night and rely on havkng pizza delivered to the kids while they are out to just end up finding out it is over 2 hours late from delivery time originally stated.
Also leaving the 35% tip ahead of time doesnt help which was what had been done.

I just ordered 2 pizzas and one of the has excessive amount of tomato sauce that make it so saggy impossible to eat it the only thing you taste is the tomato sauce and not the other toppings. Very disappointing
