This place is junk. Do not buy any pizza with a topping because they will hardly put any. You might as well buy cheese pizza and save your money. The manager and staff are very rude with zero customer service skills.

Four star for Good service. OK pizza. Two star for pizza and prices. Complex price structure. Ordering medium cheese pizza using that 25% off will cost you more than large one topping offer pizza. People there are nice. Will go again if I decide to get PJ pizza.

placed an order by accident and tried calling them like 7/8 times over the span of 30 min, no one picked up each time, had to drive 40 min to pick up and the 3 workers are just chilling, talking to each other. asked them about if they changed their phone number and they said no they probably didn’t pick up because it was busy. this was at 5pm on a wednesday. too busy to at least pick up and ask to hold?? insanity. store was completely empty besides the workers btw

As soon as I walked in the building I was greeted and asked what I would like to order. I ordered The Shaqueroni. I was told it would take approximately 10 minutes to whip up. Ten minutes later, it was ready. My food came out very hot and was indeed delicious.
Addendum; This was the first time in a long time I’d been to a Papa Johns, would recommend visiting this location.

I order from this Papa John’s quite often, but I am not pleased with the service I received during my last visit. I did a pickup. I stood at the counter for 5 min while one of the workers stood there eating pizza, having a conversation with the cleaning staff and periodically looking up at me. I was finally helped by a gentleman who was obviously busy, I did not get his name. After I walked out, the other worker stood at the counter.
