Incredible service! I came in on NYE, they were SO busy but everyone was hustling, everyone had a sense of urgency and everyone was so kind to each other and customers! Not a single staff member looked grumpy or pissy even though it was a holiday. They were so helpful and shockingly, I only waited 10 minutes for 2 large pizzas!! Definitely will be coming back!!

Total trash. Got pizza cold. Ordered 2 liter of Pepsi and got 4 bottles of Pepsi zero. Not delivered by papa John’s driver. Tried to call to give them a chance to correct the problems with my order but they kept ignoring my calls. I will never order papa John’s again and I do not recommend this store. Like I said at the beginning total trash. $5 delivery fee and I have a $5 tip. I guess I learned a valuable lesson about customer service today.

Ordered from here for the first time in a few years. Got a pizza wings and a drink. The delivery driver hands me my pizza and starts to take off and I asked about my wings and drinks she digs back into the bag finds my wings but had no idea about my drink and said she’d have to go back and get it. Order was completed on the online app but she never came back with my drink.

I placed a super last minute carry out order literally just a cookie five minutes before closing, and I have NEVER experienced customer service like what I got from Trey and was completely blown away! He was kind, courteous, patient, and genuine. I’ve had a rough week and Trey made me feel like my small order mattered. This level of customer service reminded me that small kindnesses truly goes a long way. Most places would’ve rushed or brushed it off, or even canceled my order but Trey handled it with genuine kindness and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond, and it absolutely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Trey, for ending my night on such a sweet note. You have no idea how much your good energy meant to me!

Usually a fan but tried their NY style pizza – Big Failure. NY style pizza is more than just a Large foldable slice (which failed as well). 4 of 8 slices could do a full fold. Sauce not even close to the Sweet/Tangy & cheese ratio poor Even as i ordered extra cheese which i didn’t get. Im a New Yorker and this was an insult. This was nothing more than an expensive super thin crust, vague generic pizza.

I ordered 4 large pizzas for my son’s birthday party at 1:50 in the afternoon. Set the pick up time for 7:15pm. You’d think that my pizzas would be ready for pick up at 7:15, but here it is, 7:30pm and they just went in the oven. I will never order from this restaurant again. Do not recommend… Pizza Hut is right next door… They’ll get my business from now on…

The pizza was great as always. But more importantly on this visit were the staff attending this location (4657). I had tried to order using the phone app, but because my address in Google maps is wrong, (the street name is missing an “s”), the order went to the wrong location. After about 40 minutes, I received a call from the location where the order went, and they told me that my address was out of their delivery area! So, we got in our car and drove less than 10 minutes to the closest Papa John’s to place our order in person. They gentleman attending the register recognized where we lived, took our order, and gave us 25% off for our troubles. Thank you Papa John’s for having great people!

Takes 45 minutes to order and deliver, which is not the issue, but that whole time nobody could call or even refund my money for the drink. Instead, they bring the wrong drink and when I tell the delivery driver thats not my drink i ordered, he said, “oh yeah, they are out of that one”… like thanks for the heads up guys… lazy or careless restaurant.
