This is even worse than little Caesar’s. I ordered to build your own papadia, and they didn’t bother putting cheese on it. When I called the manager argued with me about it. “It was only a 1/2 a cup of cheese anyways”, he said. They pushed the button to say the order’s ready before it is ready to keep their times down. They do it every single time. We will never go back to Papa John’s again. This location ruined it for all of them.

I wouldn’t order pizza here again. They are very understaffed. I placed a mobile order and walked in 20+ minutes after placing the order and they hadn’t started making the pizza. There’s 1 person making pizzas. The labor shortage is real! I

I’ve ordered here several times. I threatened a while back to stop and go somewhere else, after screw after screw up on my order, and the manager called asking us to stay. The past 2 orders were complete screw ups. Last time, they forgot a whole pizza, said they’d bring it, after an hour they hadn’t even made it yet when I called. This time they didn’t put toppings on one of our pizzas and gave us boneless wings instead of bone in on one order of wings. They constantly forget your drinks. We are done. Do NOT order from this location… unless you want your food screwed up or forgotten about. What a mess. 0 stars.

Waited over an hour for 1 pizza and didn’t even want it anymore because the guy who delivered it was sitting in his car smoking cigarettes for 10 mins and I had to go downstairs and find him. Would not recommend getting anything delivered.

We’ve ordered delivery 3 times and they’ve always got our order correct and it arrives within the timeframe they gave. One time they forgot our soda, but I called and they sent it right over. I love how easy it is to order online.

I have nothing good to say about the food I received. Made my entire family sick in the stomach. Grease was leaking out of all the boxes, and the entire order was poorly made. Uninstalling the app after this experience. Pretty much paid $60 for diarrhea and stomach cramps.

I ordered 4 pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 2 sausage. I had a lot of complaints about the sausage pizza. No one liked it. Said it tasted gross. I called the store and tried to explain the situation to the store. Didn’t get a chance to talk to the manager, Josh, but was told by a very nice employee that he said there was nothing he can do and to just not order from them again. I find it strange that a manager without hearing directly from a customer would be so dismissive. Terrible product and customer service. 1/10 would not recommend. Not just being a poopy pants. Really just kinda offended.

I ordered the new garlic stuffed crust pizza from here and I have to say they are pretty good. After I received the delivery I noticed the order was incorrect. I contacted the store and spoke to the General Manager Chris and explained the issue. Within a short time, Chris himself personally delivered the corrected order. I tried to appreciate the professionalism and courtesy by tipping him, but he politely refused. The customer service Chris represented for this store was beyond exceptional and I greatly appreciated it. Thank you again Chris for the amazing service!
