We havent had papa johns since we moved to Waller 6 months ago. Picked up my son from SHSU and took a route that takes me to the closest location. I ordered on the app and it said my pizza is ready when going in to pick it up…they said I had to wait a few more minutes. I waited for about 20 minutes.

Tried to contact Papa John’s Corporate and the owner of this location, no response. My 21 month old son was eating a piece of pizza from this location. Started choking, gagging, throwing up and crying. 30 mins of this went by and finally realized that there was a small twisted piece of metal in his mouth that was on the Pizza…. Took him to the ER and thank God there was no major damage. Tried to resolve this with Papa Johns, but with no answer thought I would let y’all know.

I like Papa John’s because their crust is usually the best of the non-northeast pizzas, but i do not recommend this location at all. I’ve given them plenty of attempts but their dough/crust is always the worst (see picture). I’m assuming their dough is old and over proved in the walk-in or left out too long or a combo of both? Not sure but, the crust is always hard, super high and like 3 inches wide with all the sauce/ cheese n toppings pooled in the middle. I ate it because it was late n cold outside but a total waste of money. They need better managers.

I have to retract the good feedback I left. They delivered cold pizza and chicken wings. We called them and they wanted us to pay half price for the wings. We called back and the manager was no help. She refused to replace the meal. We called their corporate office. They stated someone from the store would call us which never happened. I’ll just call my back and file a dispute. I can get my money back that way. I’ll never order from here again. Buyers beware!!! Food is cold and nasty. They could care less about it. Domino’s or Pizza Hut are a much better option. Steer clear of this awful place.

My husband has been waiting in the store for over an hour. For a pepperoni pizza. Seems like a really long wait for someone that ordered online. I also don’t know in what universe it takes an hour to cook a pizza.

This location is very hit or miss. Ive had good pizza from here several times but half the time there’s an issue. Tonight, the first pizza had no sauce. The second pizza was missing the meat and all the toppings were dumped in the middle and looked like they weren’t spread out at all. It tasted terrible as well like the sauce and dough were old or something. The third pizza was as ordered but I will definitely drive a bit further to a different location from now on if i get papa johns at all after this.

I placed an order at 8:07 on 6/23. It was 9:53pm and the pizza wasn’t delivered yet. I called at 9:43 to speak with manager and cancel my order. Unfortunately, she wasn’t willing to give me her name but anyways. She told me “call back to the store when the drivers delivers the pizza to cancel and make sure you don’t receive a free pizza”. I wasn’t rude to the lady at all!! I told her that I shouldn’t have to do that as she could call the driver to instruct not to deliver the pizza anymore after canceling, then she just hang up on me. I called back to request for her name and she said that I can’t get her name because I was getting a free pizza after all but I never requested a FREE PIZZA!
The “manager” was very rude and disrespectful. No manners to manage customer’s situations.
I did receive my refund after all and no free pizza as I was going to take it back to the store the next day. Thanks for that!

Pizza was mainly dough with just a handful of cheese and toppings. The wing size were tiny and the bone were crushed in most of them.

Tonight had to tell girl at register twice that we wanted 2 small pizzas. She was corrected twice and we still got medium and were charged for medium. One was supposed to be ham & pineapple got ham pineapple and pepperoni. This girl should not be there. She doesn’t want to be!!
