We’ve been ordering here for years the exact same way and have never experienced the level of rude and disrespectful customer service from the apparent manager Kaitlyn who said she apparently made this pizza herself so it couldn’t be wrong which is what she told me on the phone after refusing to replace the pizza. Ordered an extra cheese pizza that came with no cheese since the sticker was printed as no cheese. Which doesn’t make since as there was cheese on the outside of the pizza then just burnt on the rest. I’ve included pictures of the no cheese where it clearly says extra cheese one line down. We order it this way every weekend it has never been wrong. At least replace the pizza. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed with this location. Pumpkin pizza came messed up. Had to make it a face as best as I could before the grands saw it. Philly Cheese Papadias tasted SOUR , with hardly any filling. For paying $38 for delivery. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again .

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF PIZZA DELIVERY. THEY ARE CONSISTENT AT INE THING…FAILING TO DO THEIR JOB I PAY FOR. I have given numerous chances because my kids like Papa John’s. They can’t get an order correct nor can they deliver the order properly to save their lives. There is one good delivery driver, the rest are terrible. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE EITHER.

We use the app to order from 1488 location all the time. Karly – the night manager is extremely personable and her crew is very efficient. Overall a friendly group of people – I highly recommend ordering from here! If I ever have questions – they are so nice in helping assist. Curbside is super easy when we’ve used it but lately it has been no contact delivery. The wait is always minimal and the food is always fresh, hot & delicious! We prefer them to the other local pizza places – hands down. Bonus is earning Papa Dough and how easy it is to redeem it.

I ordered delivery. After an hour of waiting I called the store for an update and they said the driver was on his way. I get a text my order was delivered but no one ever rang my doorbell and my pizza wasn’t left on my porch. I called the store back to let them know and come to find out, the delivery driver apparently thought it was okay to not only not come to the address listed on the order, but to give it to some random woman on the street walking her dog all because she said the order was hers. Like, WHAT?!??
