Bottom Line on Top: This location consistently pumps out hot, accurate, tasty pizzas. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Pick-up or delivery. I’ve been ordering from here for five years.
What spurred my review today was based on a mistake I made.
I thought I ordered a thin crust pizza and had the wife swing by and pick it up on her way home from work. When she got there, she was greeted by an original crust. OH NO!
Turns out, I went back to edit my order online and it defaulted back to original crust and I didn’t notice.
The friendly folks at this location offered to remake the pizza the way we wanted it (even though it was my fault) – at no charge.
You don’t see that type of customer service much these days, so I wanted to “reward” them with a five-star review. Great job!!

Do not order from this location. We placed an order at 8 and promptly received the order by 8:20 which should be a good thing right? Heck no! The pizza was stale cold and looked like it had been sitting out all day. In addition to the poor presentation and below par quality, it was not what we ordered. Paid 40 bucks for better ingredients – better pizza: it was garbage. Tried calling the store and of course no one answered,

Papa John’s reputation, integrity and food has gone downhill. Their prices are higher than their competitors, yet their competitors standards are far superior. The pizzas at papa John tastes like store bought pizza. There’s not enough toppings to cover the whole pizza. Papa John should really be ashamed of themselves for serving subpar pizza.I will NEVER waste my money at any of your establishments again.

I love pizza and I love a well run pizza shop almost as much. This papa Johns fits the bill perfectly. 1st pat on the back goes to the quick delivery times. I’ve been eating out A LOT with this crazy pandemic and delivery has been a requirement. Well this Papa Johns has done a excellent job on fast, fresh and friendly deliveries. 2nd on my list is quality. Well its gone nothing but the beat ingredients. So another big thumbs up. 3rd is order correctness. My orders have been correct 8 times out of my last 9 orders. In the order that was incorrect, a quick phone call and they made it right with me. My only complaint is with the app. I’ve had problems getting my Papa points correct ( this is their frequent customer rewards program) and I’ve had problems with getting the correct price on a few of the items. But a quick phone call and they fixed it. However I hate that I haft to call after taking the time to place the order with the app. And it happens a lot when using the app. So I give this location a great review but a note of caution, if you use the app to place your order double check that they charged you correct and that the order is correct.

Pizzas were cold when they arrived and slid all over the box prior to arrival. Spoke to manager Andrew and he did apologize for the inconvenience and offered to credit my account. He seemed nonchalant about the order, and told me my order would still take an hour to be delivered if they remade them. This was very unfortunate seeing as how we waited 40 minutes for the first order. This type of service is unacceptable for someone spending thier hard earned money.

Their stuff are very rude they don’t carry 50 dollar change for 22.38 dollar order. I ordered my normal order one thin crust cut into Squares and a regular two topping. This is the 3rd time they have cut my thin crust pizza wrong. I called to let them know and someone is picking up the phone and hanging up in my face. I will never order from here again. Poor service and poor communication skills.

It”s been a while since I ordered Papa John’s Pizza. My order was placed through their app with some difficulty in not being able to edit portions of the order at checkout. One benefit to using their app was being notified when the pizza was ready for pickup. The Garden Fresh pizza was really no better than a frozen pizza with some fresh toppings. From all of the national pizza chains, Papa John’s used to have the best pizza crust, but something has definitely changed. I think I will pass on any future orders.

The pizza I ordered, it got very cold. Instead of cheese dipping sauce, they gave me tomato sauce for dipping instead. It was dissatisfying. It was my first time having this type of issue.

Our pizza was ordered for delivery and after waiting an hour and an half it did not come. I then called the store for 30 minutes and nobody would answer. I had to drive to the store to get a refund as I ordered it and paid online. I was greeted by a rude employee who was put out by me asking for a refund. I was told they are behind. Zero apology was given. When I arrived back home the pizza finally showed up over 2 hours after it was ordered. The pizza and bread sticks look like they had been thrown around and partially eaten. What a disaster this place is.
