Hopefully people read these. I’d give only one star, but I’m giving the extra 2 for the manager and delivery driver.
Our pizza arrived on time but cold. We ordered the advertised new York xl pizza. It says the slices are big enough to fold over… this pizza was a medium, at best. It did have 8 slices though. We also ordered the deal for 6.99 that you picked your options. We got a medium cheese pizza and a brownie tray. The brownies were good. The cheese pizza looked like a personal pizza.
I called the store, waited a couple of minutes going through all the prompts and spoke to the manager. I literally explained to him what we ended up with and was off the phone with a refund to my card in less than 5 minutes. No drama on my end or his. I appreciated the fast and easiness of making it right.
Attached picture is of the pizza that was supposed to be the xl. The cheese is the second picture.

Wow how do I start, well I have the app that I use usually no problems and I always get the order that I order on the app. I have been ordering for about 5 years now from this location. And I would say most of the time it is pretty good for delivery pizza. But the last few times I have been disappointed, but this time I’m disappointed to the point where I’m writing of review which I never do.
The good part, pizza arrived in a relatively timely manner, the order was correct, and the pizza looked relatively good.
The bad part. They are now using Uber eats to deliver and because of this they are not using insulated bags anymore, do not expect your pizza to be hot. It will be lukewarm guaranteed because it’s sitting in the backseat of Billy Jim Bob’s car. Secondly if you order one of their so-called specials like the minimum two for $6.99, and you are assuming you are getting an order of wings which has eight wings in it this is far from the truth, you get six wings. The wings were tasty but they were lukewarm. Because of Uber eats. Your food will never be hot unless they start using the heated bags that they used to use when they were using dedicated delivery drivers. I also noticed the price of delivery has gone through the roof, and they are now expecting even more of a tip. So order a pizza, wings, and a cookie, and expect to pay $40 plus tip. I just hate bait and switch with a silly wing thing, and it is just four wings but it’s the principle of it. You don’t save any money by getting the special then if you were to order the original size it’s the same price per wing.
What can I say, I am disillusioned and disappointed and I don’t know if I will be ordering again. I had an issue a long time ago and I did talk to corporate and they were going to make it right which they never did. So as far as Jimmy John’s goes I think I’m done.

We decided to try the new pizza cheese burger and pickles pizza. What a disappointment ! No burger meat and no pickles on it. All we tasted was cheese and bread. The wings were bomb hot garlic, those were very good. But pizza was nothing like advertise on TV

This pizza was real good the meat was not spread it all the way to the crust of the pizza it was all just like in the middle of the pizza when the kids went to pick up the pizza to eat it’s always falling apart I would hope that they would use fresher pizza dough I will return again but I’m only going to eat thin crust Brandon the staff who works here is a very nice gentleman and that’s the only reason why I will be returning

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE…now that I have your attention, let me explain and borrow just a little bit of your time…
To my fellow consumer, I don’t know who would want to order food from here and have their order be wrong every single time..cause this is what happened to me, every single time. I have ordered about 6-7 times from this store since moving to the area and my order was wrong. Every. single. time.
Also, my sister is allergic to pork. She is able to enjoy cheese pizza very comfortably thank goodness. Every time I would order from here they would cover they entire thing in meats when I would only request half. This happens EVERY TIME I order from them, so I would have to wait even longer for my “corrected” food. Today was the last straw. The gentleman at the 7 PM 11/11 shift were then making FUN of my sister for her allergy!!!! After THEY were the ones who did not read the order right!!! It literally said on every single ticket HALF cheese only. the attention to detail these men have is solely lacking. We will not be returning here, the service is awful and food is mid at best. Try another pizza chain or you may be better off getting digiornos

They were very shorthanded the day I went in there. I think I only saw two employees working, a young guy and a young girl, but they were working their asses off! Me and two DoorDashers pretty much walked in at the same time and they got all three of our orders relatively quick considering there were only two employees working. Very impressed with their work ethic for young people. You don’t see a lot of that nowadays in the food industry.

I ordered two pizzas and I wanted to be notified when it was done and the pick them up. I received a text telling me they were done and when I got there they won’t even make or in the oven. I waited nearly an hour and had to ask to check to see if complete and they finally was. They knew I was waiting and I had to ask. This my second trip to this Papa John’s and had to wait both times. I see why there reviews tell the story. They owner and management really need to do something. I love this pizza but, they lost me as a customer at this location. Also the pizz’s looked like children but them together and give medium pizza’s instead of large. I should have opened the boxes and checked them before I left.
