That’s what $37 gets you now. They missed an extra topping on one that was paid for. We returned them to the store for a refund and the “manager” said they looked perfectly fine and didn’t even apologize for missing the extra topping. He gave zero cares. We have ordered from many PJs and never had such pathetic excuses for pizzas as we have from this location tonight.

Rep I spoke to on the phone to request the order cancelation was respectful and empathetic, 12/13/2025 11:49pm CST at 7700 Highway 6 N 77095. Nor do I blame staff for what i believe is upper level management incompetence. Staffing seems to be the core issue, talent a possible second.

I ordered a medium spinach pizza on Uber Eats. During the order, it said it would take about 20 minutes to make it, but it took at least 40 minutes. The Uber Eats app showed that the driver arrived at the store and waited for the order for a while. When I received the pizza, it did not look fresh. It looked so bad. There was not enough cheese. There was way too much crust. It looked like they filled in the cheese and spinach to only about 2/3 from the center of the pizza.

Okay, so I grabbed a pizza at that Papa John’s on Highway 6 last night. It was *packed* – seriously, a line out the door. I ordered a medium and honestly, for the price, it felt a little small. The guy taking the orders seemed stressed, but was okay. They got my order right, thankfully. Parking was a nightmare, definitely wait for a spot. I’d maybe suggest they have a separate line for pickup orders to help with the flow. Overall, it was decent pizza, just a bit chaotic.

Come to find a freaking hair mixed into the dough… too late after my daughter ate half off the slice. I called and the guy who answered did not even apologize. Not a cheap pizza – they need better quality and care on preparing food. Use a hair net!!

My husband was craving Papa John’s pizza and I was very nervous about ordering from this location due to some reviews. It’s Friday evening so Yes! Or course I am aware that it will be busy and I will be placed on hold, which did happen. Not a big deal, then Cody answered and took my order. I arrived 20 minutes later and my pizza was ready. It was warm and just the way I ordered it. There is a note on the register that says “Check your order before you leave” so I did and all was great. I got home and enjoyed a delicious classic Papa John’s Pizza.

The person that was making the pizza was very unsanitary. His arm had a red rash on it and he was tossing the doe on his arm and also touching his phone and cash register and didn’t wash his hand before making ppl food..

ordered pizza and got raw, doughy pizza. In the photo, that’s not cheese on the top. It’s scraped off, and that’s RAW DOUGH. Called to complain and the only thing the manager Lucas “could do” was offer us 50% off on another raw undercooked pizza. Then he said the only way to get a refund was to bring it in. I said okay I will right now, because I’m not wasting $35 on two pizzas. Then he said if any of the pizza had a bite taken out of, we wouldn’t be able to return it. Seriously! How would we have known it was RAW? Also, why can’t you take it back? You’re going to throw it away anyway just like we had to! Anyway, rant over, here’s an unfortunate picture of my wasted pizza in my dumpster! WITH ONLY ONE PIECE MISSING ! Maybe the general manager Rachel will do the right thing and refund 100% . I’ll update with any response.

This Papa John’s might be the worst location I’ve ever experienced in the country. 3 out of 3 times in ordering from them in within a year and each time it was something different. From having my online orders cancelled repeatedly one night even though it was well before closing to now, last night, receiving ICE COLD pizza’s almost THREE hours after I placing the order. Papa’s support was useless, as usual, all they do is safeguard their stores by doing nothing and telling you what you want to hear. I tried contacting them after the app showed “preparing” for over an hour. I placed the order at 8PM, ETA was 52-62 min. I live 1.8 mi away from location, on a night like last night, no traffic hours, its 7 minutes easy to my house. I contacted support at 9:30 PM, now 30 mins late to check on status. I was told by agent “Order is being boxed now” I asked if I should expect fresh food, agent said “yes”. 30 mins later, with no communication or update from the store or Customer Service and app still showing “preparing” , I opted to order for dinner somewhere else because I had no idea if I’d actually ever receive food, and when i did would be up to the expectations set by Papa John’s. But, I needed to cancel the order. The app will not allow you. So I called the store and chose the option to speak about the already existing order which on the automated system designed to spit customers back out in the loop again…shocker. So I called again, this time choosing the option to speak with a manager. The phone rang endlessly for almost 5 mins, still no answer. Again, I’ve had similar experiences with THIS store before where I need to contact them to get some answers and the accountability and urgency just doesn’t exist. So, with my hands tied, I had no option left but to let the order just show when ever, however, with zero recognition, acknowledgment or ANYTHING! The pizzas arrived at 10:38 PM, now 2 hours and 38 minutes after the order was placed…more THAT TWO HOURS after the papa tracker showed “baking” You won’t be surprised to hear that the pizzas were not even remotely warm, all the cheese had solidified like they’d been sitting out for hours. You could see, and I have pictures, of the stuffed crust, the cheese in side is like a solid ring of mozzarella that just came out the fridge. We didn’t eat them, we had received alternative food by then. They’re in the fridge and personally Papa, you can come take em back or I’m tossing em. But this time, I will be getting a refund. This is beyond unacceptable. I’m honestly a bit disturbed at this location, the management and its ability to still be in operations. This is a disappointment, and what’s worse is that it seems like no one wants to take accountability. Bottom line, stay away from this location and maybe even papas in general. As a whole, since they Kicked out Papa himself, the quality, especially in customer service has decreased dramatically. I don’t care what they’re giving out for free this time or what deal it is…it’s not worth is.

I ordered from this Papa John’s on Saturday at 8:06pm. The promised time was 51minutes. The store did not answer the phone. I received my order cold and wrong at 10:40pm without so much as an apology from the deliver driver. Called the store again, still no answer. Left a review from the online request and asked to be contacted by the store, absolutely nothing. Late, cold, and wrong order. No response. Worst service ever.
