I recently ordered a pizza for pickup and when I arrived home to eat it, there were just a few pieces of pepperoni on it so I called to inform the store manager. Well, apparently they didn’t do what they said (notate the error and when I called to order again I would receive a pizza with “lots of pepperoni”) because I just called and he told me the last pizzas I ordered were veggie pizzas. I informed him that I don’t eat or order veggie pizzas. Long story short, he seemed a bit irritated and said he shouldn’t have to be on the phone talking about this. So needless to say, I told him it’s ok don’t worry about it, and ended the call. Not good customer service. I will not return to Papa John’s because I went to this store after getting bad service at another one.

We ordered the garlic parmesan wings, a 15 piece buffalo wing, and giant extra cheese extra pepperoni baked to the edge’ Shaq pizza…. Well lol the photos speak for themselves…. They offered to give me credit for a replacement pizza but said the GM would have to handle our issue. And when somebody orders a 15 piece they expect to receive more than 2 flats. I got a cheese pizza , cheese stick , bbq wings with. I ranch . When called I spoke Fermine he didn’t not care of my concerns . Offer send a ranch only if driver wanted too and hung up on me . Very disappointed this evening with order and how my concerns was handled . My kids ate it anyway but this wasn’t handle right at all .

When I called, the manager immediately offered me the option to refund my money or send out what they forgot, as well as further accommodate me for their mistake.
