just picked up our order at 604pm. it was right client, the order on the box sticker was correct, but the reality is that it was the wrong order!! we ordered the works and got pepperoni. didn’t bother making contact with the store bc kids already snagged slices before we saw it so half the slices were already touched.this is our first order for the year. disappointing bc they also said they weren’t extremely busy bc of the pending freeze. this isn’t the first time our order has been wrong – when we’ve addressed those past wrong orders, nothing was ever done to fix it – no callbacks, no emails, no texts, no apologies. this time since it was already touched, we thought why bother.

I visited this location the other day after receiving a BOGO large pizza offer in my email. I must admit that I was originally skeptical about ordering after 2 isolated events when the quality of food was suboptimal at other locations. After viewing the offer, I decided to give it another try.
My order was ready at the designated pick up time and I was able to walk right in and get my order. The pizza was fresh, hot, and soo tasty. I was extremely satisfied with the order and I would recommend the buffalo chicken pizza to anyone any day.

Worst papa johns I have ever ordered from in a decade of ordering for the company I work for. They hardly cooked one meat lovers and forgot mushrooms on the other and just threw them on last second. Had a 2 liter of pepsi and they bring me a mountain dew and grape soda because they don’t have any pepsi. Didn’t even call me. Then no special seasoning but I get red peppers and parm which I didnt ask for. Horrible service. Because they are 3 minutes from my location what a JOKE.

Fantastic Service, unfortunately we had a pizza mix up and our veggie had pepperoni on it. However they re-made it and got us the new pizza quick and easy. Always friendly, and always good. Corporate should give them a bonus for how hard they are always working!

Yummy pizza the app had a bug where it told me the delivery order I placed was for carryout but in their system it was in fact for delivery. thats not their fault. My cat loves sitting on the pizza boxes!

Ordered late night pizza run with Big Texan, Parmesan garlic bread sticks and cookie. Tracker said it was on its way at 2142 arrived 1 mile away at 2211 and found burned to death breadsticks cold pizza and a decent cookie. Called in and told them about breadsticksand they offered to refire or credit back we took the credit back.

Only order from this place if you want your pizza to come with the wrong sauce, missing ingredients and no garlic/butter dipping sauce. I had to wait a long time for my pizza to get delivered just to get the wrong order. Look at the tag. I’m pretty sure this is not Alfredo sauce…

Decided to try a new pizza got the hatch chili topping big mistake. The topping was so excessive it made half of my pizza soggy and it was cold. Also took nearly 2 hours to deliver one pizza. Asked to talk to a manager finally got a hold of the manager and got no apology didn’t seem to care just asked if I would like a new pizza or a refund. Poor quality and management skills.
