I haven’t had Papa John’s in about five months since moving to Houston from New York City, and I have to say—this location really impressed me. The pizza was hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty.
I placed my order over the phone, and when I arrived, it was already ready for pickup. The cashier asked for my name, grabbed my order right away, and made checkout quick and easy. She also asked if I wanted Parmesan and red pepper flakes on the side, which I appreciated. Another gentleman wearing eyeglasses immediately stepped in to help and made sure everything was included.
They even added extra garlic sauce—one of my favorite dipping sauces at Papa John’s—which was creamy and delicious. The teamwork here really stood out, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
Excellent service, great food, and a hot, well-prepared pizza. I hope Papa John’s takes great care of this wonderful team.

My favorite Pizza place Papa John. This Location clean and service on point. If I’m not mistaken they have an A or B . My go to pizza Thin crust, light cheese, extra sauce, green peppers , pepperoni, sausage, bacon and ham with extra pepperoncini peppers ️ on the side.

Always takes 1.5-2 hours minimum to get your order delivered and it always arrives cold. I’ve had several experiences where I’ve had to call to follow up after over an hour of waiting only to say they don’t have delivery drivers available and to come pick up at the store or it would be another 1.5 hours, yet refused to remake it even though by then pizza was lukewarm and had been sitting out for a long time.

The pizzas we received from here had something wrong with their dough preparation. The crust was very flat, dense, and chewy and didn’t have much flavor. Likely they are not letting it warm up / rise for long enough, and it makes a huge impact on the quality. I mean it was really noticeably worse than normal Papa John’s, which is honestly pretty decent. Also, when I arrived they said they didn’t have my order and it took them time to look up and find it.

WORST LOCATION!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! Worst experience ever. They canceled my delivery order after waiting 2 hours while my 1 pizza was out for delivery, but NEVER got delivered! I placed my original online order at 9:25pm!!! The first time I called, (3/7/26 @ 10:55pm) the man answered and left me on hold for 7 minutes until I hung up. Waited until I received “your order has been cancelled” notice, then called back at 11:31pm.. THE SAME GUY answered very rudely, read my order back to me very nonchalant just to tell me “yeah it’s been canceled” .. WHAT?! He proceeds to tell me that someone confused the order or address or something and it was canceled.. That IS NOT MY PROBLEM That YALL screwed up and can’t read addresses. I live across the parking lot from this location so HOW could you possibly screw that up? I’m unable to walk, that’s why I ORDERED DELIVERY!!! He had an attitude the entire phone conversation with no regards to accommodate me for their screw up. I went to bed hungry after being treated RUDELY and still NEVER received my order or any other accommodation! UNACCEPTABLE!

The gentleman and lady with the nice red hair that was working around 6 pm today were awesome. My pizza was hot n’ ready by the time I got there. The order was correct. The customer service was superb for my experience today. Papa John’s should allow to tip when paying with gift cards is my only critique. Thank you again!

This location has the best manager. I come to this location so often because my autistic daughter will only eat their cheese pizza. And it has to be light on the cheese. The workers and manager know me well. Anytime I need any modification without me telling them, they’re on it. Thank you for having my back! ❤️
