$70 spent. Our two liter was dropped. Our pizza was obviously dropped. See picture attached. Still I tried to eat a slice of the cold off tasting pizza. I just couldn’t eat it and got sick afterwards. I didn’t even get the extra sauce I purchased for my wings. Oh and they refused to give a refund for the dropped items. They offered a credit but why would I want to get more food from this place after this experience. Horrible experience. Only meal of the day ruined.

I ordered a week and a half ago and they gave me the wrong crust on one of the pizzas. Also, their jalapeno bites are no longer bites like in the photos but made in a long single piece of dough that they cut like in the attached photo. I filled out a survey and explained my issues. Customer service was really good at contacting me and stating they wanted to remake the order for me when I was ready. Today I was ready and they put in the remake. I knew I should have checked the order before I left but I figured since this was a remake the manager would make sure it was done correctly. I was wrong! ♂️ What I originally ordered was Philly cheese steak, which came out good both times. What they seem to have problems with is a BBQ chicken pizza with (I know the controversy). The first time it was on the wrong crust and tough. The remake was on the right crust (original) no they forgot the and added onions and globs of bacon and bacon powder. Both times the jalapeno bites were not like I ordered before and not like displayed on their website (see photos for comparison). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

It was okay pizza. Nothing special. I dont like that they put the cheese over the meat. But thats my preference.
It was done when expected. There was not a long wait. Employees met expectations.

I ordered 1 large works, 1 medium the meats, the driver showed up carrying my pizza like a briefcase. Once I opened the boxes to find my pizzas demolished. I called and spoke to the manager they said what would I like for them to do about it? I find that very unprofessional as they should of replaced my order and gave my money back as I spent over $65.00 for my order. It then took them another hr to get my replacement order to me. Once I got my order it wasn’t even what I ordered in the first place. Needless to say I will not be back at ALL.

Ordered pizza for the kids and they sent the wrong pizza. Resent and the pizza was demolished inside the box. Used to be the best service in town. Get rid of Doordash and go back to your own delivery drivers so you can control it. I order pizza from here at least once a week. The delivery is getting out of hand and if it doesn’t change I will have to start going elsewhere.

I placed an order for delivery. I was told that DoorDash was used by them for deliveries. I never used DoorDash before so I was a little concerned. But pizza was delivered earlier than the estimated time I was given and the woman that delivered was nice. Pizza was good and everything extra that was ordered was there.
