I never let the review before this is my first time but let me do this. I order a Pizza online with light sauce and another one with Alfredo sauce and chicken once I got it I told him it was a cheese pizza in my other pizza was full of sauce. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and he just told me I know what I mean I’ve been working here for the past 24 years but if you just wanna be those kind of people and want more pizza, you can just say that and I’ll just mark it here for free pizza what kind of services is that as a manager you should always talk to your customers right and I have proof of what the pizza that I ordered and I even told him that I can take it up to Him

I’ve never left a review but I just got a pizza and their little cinnamon dessert things and they absolutely smothered them in icing, gave me a full cup of icing on the side too. Ordered those little green peppers on the side with the za and they gave me like 20. Absolute legends working over there

Just ordered some pizza and garlic sauce and ranch!!! I didn’t receive any ranches, I called back up there and the manager argued me up and down that I got them. I will never order from this location again!!!!

Pizza is always super savory and fresh here! My personal favorite menu item is Pepperoni pizza with grilled chicken and onions! Don’t even get me started on the desserts haha. Personally my favorite pizza joint here in Waco. Love the people and food! Been a loyal customer for some time and will continue doing so. Long live Papa Johns! Very awesome environment!

I was visiting from out of town and was ordering a pizza for the family. Waited in the lobby for over an hour just to see on my app that the pizza was “delivered.” “Shawn” never came in the hotel at all. Says that he didn’t know where to deliver to because there was no room number. There was. Call the store store and they said, “we’ll see if he can come back, but he’s got to make the rest of his deliveries.” I said won’t my pizza be cold by then?” They said, “Oh well, keep it in a warming tray”. The only plus is I received my refund within a few minutes. I’m sure it’s not always like this, but for us, it was very disappointing.

I usually have a great delivery experience with my order being hot and always what I ordered. Today was a little different I understand it’s Friday and that is usually a busy day but today it took over a hour for our order to arrive and when we received our order it was cold. I wasn’t to happy but it is what it is. Maybe next time our experience will be a little more satisfying.
