I was visiting from out of town and was ordering a pizza for the family. Waited in the lobby for over an hour just to see on my app that the pizza was “delivered.” “Shawn” never came in the hotel at all. Says that he didn’t know where to deliver to because there was no room number. There was. Call the store store and they said, “we’ll see if he can come back, but he’s got to make the rest of his deliveries.” I said won’t my pizza be cold by then?” They said, “Oh well, keep it in a warming tray”. The only plus is I received my refund within a few minutes. I’m sure it’s not always like this, but for us, it was very disappointing.

I usually have a great delivery experience with my order being hot and always what I ordered. Today was a little different I understand it’s Friday and that is usually a busy day but today it took over a hour for our order to arrive and when we received our order it was cold. I wasn’t to happy but it is what it is. Maybe next time our experience will be a little more satisfying.

I love Papa John’s but I won’t be ordering from this place again. I order and given a delivery time. But they are using DoorDash sometimes to deliver the food. DoorDash adds other deliveries to their route and causes my food to be delivered 45 minutes late. I received my food cold and well after the time I expected it! This is the 4th and one of the times my food was never delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

The people working there were very friendly and fast. It was my first time to be at a Papa John’s and I was greatly confused. I ordered the Little John and was disappointed. It was little and only had lettuce and one piece of meat. The bread was not anything special and was the size of a hot dog bun. For the same price, I would rather have Subway sandwich and have four times the amount of food. You could have a choice of a cookie or chips and after choosing the cookie because of its size, I was at least happy with that.

I made an order about 2 weeks ago to pick up from this papa johns. It was for one of the new pizza bowls, and it was DELICIOUS!! since I work close by, I knew I’d definitely order this again. On this past Friday, I was too busy to leave, so I ordered from them thru doordash.. as soon as I picked up the box, I felt something was off.. it was very lite! When I opened it, the pizza bowl barely covered the bottom of the container. It ended up being about 5 bites of food.. very disappointing, as everyone knows doordash is expensive and I was still hungry! Very bad experience

OK i usually dont complain and i always tip well, but their transition to door dash for delivery is NOT cool. My delivery time was updated 3 times from 9 min away to 2 min away to 7 min away to 2 min away to 7 min away. i called the driver twice once it said it was delivered with no answer and i understand they had trouble finding my apartment but the pizza is barely luke warm and they had a dude driving and i guess his GF riding shotgun. they didnt even get out of the car to bring the food to me and i had to walk out and get it. it still had the “papa johns seals” on the boxes but only on one side. you can still lift the corner of the box and access the pizza. it is just in general an unprofessional setup and i dont appreciate it at all. get your act together papa john. i also payed cash so id like to know how that money actually made it to door dash or papa johns.

The managers as well as some of the staff are very rude I had a double order and the manager refused to return my money, this is the second time this location has failed to deliver good customer service. The first time was a COLD pizza now it’s the no refund because the pizza was made this location most definitely needs to take some type of customer service training
