Pizza crust was overcooked and hard to eat. Zero customer service. The kid at the drive up window just stared at me and said nothing after I said hello. I gave my name for the order and he handed it to me and still said nothing, even after I said thank you. Sad thing is, I added a tip to the online order. My bad! This is twice in a row now with the same results. No more chances. Time to spend my money somewhere else and so should you!

Thank you for not answering my calls. I ordered delivery on 10/3 from the Hewitt location. A lady called me at 6:41 and said she is at my apartment and I needed to come outside to get my pizza. Sorry I’m on the second floor and paid for delivery and tip. She then called 20 minutes later and could not find my apartment. Still daylight out and informed her first builds etc. then 6 minutes later some guy knocks on my door handing me a pizza. Not the delivery person just a neighbor walking his kids. I went down found the lady that forgot my drink. She must be living out of her car and was very smelly and in bad shape. I know this isn’t an employee or are y’all just paying cash to people to delivery. I threw the pizza out as it was already cold and nasty. Once again PJ will not answer my calls or return them. I’ll never order again

I’ve ordered from this location on many occasions and, up until recently, they were efficient and fulfilled my order exactly. My last four consecutive orders have been way undercooked, but never to this degree. I ordered the garlic knots and, not only was I given the wrong item (note the cheddar), but they spent a total of what I would estimate to be three minutes in the oven. By the time I brought them the half mile back to my house to eat, they were no longer warm and didn’t have anything more than their outer layer to offer the hungry mouths I’d brought them home to feed. That white layer you see on the profile of the right “knot” is pure, uncooked, squishy, slimy dough. The inside wasn’t cooked at all; it wasn’t a question of which knot I chose from the box, it was uncooked in all of them. My dinner companion thought it was mozzarella cheese until he stopped to actually taste what he was eating–yes. Raw dough.
I’m disgusted with this location and I will be going out of my way to avoid it in the future.

Not sure about other’s experience, but I haven’t ever had mamy issue here. Only once or twice has my order been marked ready when it wasn’t, or my pepper been a little old. Other than that, I go here all the time when I am feeling the fancy pizza. Parking isn’t too bad, but they are in a few weird spots. Blame the city for that one.

What a nightmare. My grandson wanted Papa John’s, placed his order and picked it up. Pizza was burnt and I couldn’t even consume my half. Called for an hour and no one picked up but the outsource CUSTOMER SERVICE from EGYPT. Choose Option 5 and repeatedly called back with Option 3 to only be hung up by the local restaurant. Is it that the local establishment knew the purchase was bad and didn’t want to hear a complaint? Worst experience ever for a measley pizza. The long winding call time to PAPA JOHN’S is not worth the effort. Audience may I suggest, MARCOS, CHUCKY CHEESE, DOMINO’S for your pizza purchase. Papa John’s is a big joke. and doesn’t want to hear of a complaint. Gas / Fuel is to experience to be back tracking. Thumbs

I never order from papa John’s but I ordered it because my husband wanted to eat Papa John’s I ordered garlic breadsticks. The garlic dressing did not have any garlic or any butter on it and I ordered two medium pizzas with a vegetable toppings in it. One of the pizza did not have any veggies on half of it and the other pizza was not cooked at all all the way, and even though I ordered both of them well done I had to go back and get my breadsticks again and then the people were not nice at all. They were rude. That atmosphere is not great. I will not order Papa John’s ever again please order Domino’s

The service at this Papa John’s is crap. In the last month I took pizzas back for a refund because they looked like they were thrown in the box. Just last night (11-5-24) I took pizzas back for a refund because first they were the wrong pizzas and when remade they looked like crap. I was smart this time and paid with cash. I took my refund and went down the street to Dominos. Furthermore, the dude at the counter with hair extensions is unprofessional and actually had the audacity to try to intimidate me when I said I’d like a refund. Just avoid this place and get your pizza elsewhere.

I recently visited Papa John’s in Hewitt and had an exceptional experience. The service was prompt and friendly, and the pizza exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were fresh, and the flavors were delicious. Overall, I give it 5 stars! Highly recommended.
