When I get notified my order is ready for pickup on the app and arrive shortly afterwards, then it should be ready for pickup. I get there waiting in the lobby until someone can assist me, 3 minutes later, I said I’m here to pick up my order. The power glitches while they’re looking for my order only to tell me it’s not on the rack for pickup. They then asked me if I wanted to cancel my order since their system isn’t working. I guess, since that seems like the only option I had. I’m not irritated about the pizza since stuff happens. I’m more irritated about the app and how they handled the situation. I hope this location gets better.

I should have been more careful to order from this Papa John’s. When I said pineapple pizza they literally took it into context. I was assuming to get a Hawaiian but all I got was was a pineapple pizza . I opened to checked and was wondering where the meat was and I was told I only wanted a pineapple pizza. Plus before I entered I was looking for a menu which they did not have. No sense in arguing so I just took the pizza. I’m not going argue for $11 some dollars, but they did loose my business. I get better quality service from a mom and pop New York style somewhere in Killeen or MOD pizza. I guess fast food chains don’t have exceptional service no more plus they are expensive now a days…

I don’t know if it’s new management or what? The quality of the food has taken a nose dive! The receipts are thrown on top of the pizzas… The dough is not cooked all the way… the pizzas is squished and folded IN THE BOX.

Just a warning. They cannot deliver in fort hood. Second time I ordered delivery in a row that then cancelled after the fact because they don’t have drivers available.
