I ordered delivery, I don’t remember the guys name but he was amazing. Super sweet and quick with our food. We weren’t home at the moment but my sister was, she had fallen asleep and he contacted us that no one had came to the door. We had told him to put it in our truck bed till we got there, he was super understanding and he had called twice to make sure it was okay. I wish I knew who he was but I’m so thankful for people like him. It wasn’t anything big but a little means a lot sometimes. I hope he has a blessed day

Im a delivery person. Order is was picking up was going to take 5 minutes. I asked to use the restroom while I waited because I can’t leave and they refused me. Yall want people to pick up from yall and deliver your food but can’t even accommodate a quick restroom break when we have to wait for an order anyways. Absolutely insane and no compassion or sympathy for the delivery drivers.

Placed an order for delivery on Papa Johns’ website. Easy to use website and alot of coupons offered. I appreciate the pizza tracker so you can follow along with your order. They partner with doordash for delivery, so it was good to know and follow along once pizza was picked up. Name of driver and tracker to follow along delivery. Pizza came fresh and delicious, and we received our order earlier than expected. Friendly workers who answered the phone at the store when I had a question if they received an online order.

They don’t greet and they lie about wait times.. I was told 5mins but ended up waiting 15mins and when asked about the time that old black guy (don’t know his name) acted like he was being inconvenienced by me asking.. he didn’t even say anything he just pointed which I could see the food because he was behind racks.. later today I got another order from this papa johns. I entered the store and both the associates working was on the phone, I believe one was just listening in to the other one.. they got off the phone then the older gentleman asked who I delivered the food I picked up earlier I told him and he said they had a 2 liter I didn’t deliver. There was no drink on that receipt. And even if it was HE looked at the receipt before giving it to me and said nothing. Normally they would bag the drinks but I guess these employees are lazy and expect the dashers to do their job. He asked me to deliver the drink I said no, that’s not my job to deliver items you guys forget to give me. He said it is. I said no, I’m a dasher. Then he proceeded to talk trash order his breath. He walked off with the other employee that was working with him and talked order his breath. That other employee said loud enough for me to hear him “block him!”… Id I was the manager id fire them.

Highkey papa johns in Killeen they are fast and its always slappin. Pizza always done fast and right for 10 orders straight and they utilize door dash to send orders on base. I prefer the philly cheese steak pizza as one of my favorite orders. The crazy crust stuffed crust combo is amazing here.

This review has more to do with the wait. I ordered at 6:09. The app said it will be ready between 6:21 and 6:25. At 6:18 the tracker says it’s ready. Get to store at 6:22. They say it’s still cooking and should be ready in about four minutes. 6:39 I get the order.
This is the second straight visit to this store that the tracker is not accurate. Papa John’s needs to kill the app or get rid of this store.

This was my first venture here. I ordered on the app, and it was ready quickly. It was pretty expensive, though.. $40 for a pizza, pizza rolls and a “pasta”…
Speaking of pasta, they forgot to put pasta in it. My mother in law seemed to know this, but I didn’t. In the app I ordered an Alfredo chicken pasta, it was under the pasta section… So, I expected it to have pasta. But it didn’t. Papa John’s used to have a great pasta in a bread bowl, that’s what I was hoping for. Maybe it was a competitor ♂️ I was impressed.
The pizza (large NY pepperoni) had a lot of pepperoni on it, but was otherwise not notable. The little bites were great.

I requested contactless delivery. This is how my pizza arrived at my house. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to get this fixed.
