We buy from them every friday. My first order was dry and cold so they had to remake it. Managemers are very nice.I even called them to pay for the extra wings they sent but was told to keep it, only to open my food and realized that the door dash delivery guy dropped my pizza before delivery. I won’t call them for another replacement. At this moment I’m done.

Worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had. Never buying from this location again only going to Belton. My pizza had no cheese distribution in the middle. The dough was flat, didn’t rise much, which means the yeast is dying not producing more gas/bubbles. Low quality standards to use the old dough… Very disappointed after a long day was looking forward to my pizza.

These guys stink. Ordered for 6pm and they delivered at 530. By the time everyone came home dinner was cold. Called the store and the person who’s supposedly in charge said the resolution was to send me a second order at no charge. Guys, making pizza requires some skill but how difficult is it to see the order was requested for 6 pm not to be made any earlier. The guy I spoke to didn’t have a clue. They used door dash do delivery. Not an issue with the delivery person other than his attitude. You guys have got to do better. Thanks for ruining dinner.

I made an error on my end through the papa johns app and accidentally put the order in twice. I decided to call the store and Victor was able to at it fixed. He was polite and friendly and understood the situation. You know most people who work in the food industry sometimes don’t seem to care or would just say “sorry that’s the app” and say it’s to late but he did go above and beyond. The pizza also looked great and he seems to care about his customers.

I’ve always loved Papa Johns for their fresh ingredients and tasty crust. Last nights order was awful. Thrown together and crust was tasteless and chewy. No excuse for these awful pizzas (they tasted worse than they look to!)

Im not sure what happened to Papa John’s. The crust was flat and burnt and just was not made with love. BTW I did not order thin crust. Im officially done with Papa John’s. Such a sad statement for me because I have always loved their pizza. Welp! Pizza Hut pan pizza it is.

Went to one store and called other stores in the area. None of them knew anything about a new crust pizza being offered for free from 12 – 2 today. Horrible. We did not order because of lack of knowledge!
