I called in to place my order for a large chicken and cheese pizza. The Customer Service over the phone was awesome. When I explained I have food allergies I’m allergic to pork and beef. The representative seem to have radar focus and that made me feel very comfortable. I was offered a promotional price for extra large and the promotional price was a very decent price. When I got to the store I was greeted as I walked in the door and asked about my order. I got my order. Everything was fresh. It was nice and hot And I couldn’t have felt better about it. My experience great customer service and got good food at a good price.

I ordered the bogo offer they had and was quite happy with what I received. The order was completed a lot faster than I even thought it would for 2 specialty pies. I didn’t drive far from where I was, but it was less than 20 minutes and it was ready by the time I arrived. Awesome.

I HATE HATE HATE door dash. I don’t want some random person touching my food order. Then after ordering I get a notification saying it will be door dash. I will not order from this location EVER again. Also, door dash person wanted another tip other than the $5 delivery fee and 20% tip I already included and was charged. If I could edit the tip I would change it to ZERO!!!!! This bait and switch is HORRIBLE and if I had know they would do it I would have WALKED the 100 yards from my hotel to Papa John’s.

After my food was delivered by door dash she said they couldn’t get root beer so they brought me Pepsi instead. What the hell. Who wants to drink Pepsi, let alone at 8pm.
Then from my hotel room I hear loud voices at my door. It was the door dasher complaining to someone very loudly about how I didn’t give her the additional tip.
Up side the pizza and breadsticks are good.

Ordered my food through the app to go to my home in Jarrell so my kids and disabled wife could eat. After I input my address it didn’t tell me that they couldn’t deliver to me at all. The store calls and claims they don’t deliver to my address and I will have to wait up to 5 business days for a refund. No customer service skills or problem resolving skills not to mention I now don’t have anything to feed my family do to the amount of the order.

Ordered boneless wings with Chipotle sauce, and a large pepperoni lovers pizza with half jalapeño at 6 pm. At 7:30pm I got boneless wings with a pathetic amount of sauce and a pizza with half pepperoni lovers and the other half was regular pepperoni with jalapeño, and everything was cold. My wife bought a portion cup of ranch that was watered down. Usually I order twice so that I give the restaurant the chance to redeem themselves, but, im sorry I will not order from here again. With pizza hut, Domino’s and little ceasers, there is no need for compromise

We don’t order Papa John’s too often because we prefer Domino’s, but I have to say their pizza is quite delicious! I ordered my husband the $6 meal deal where you order two or more items for $6 each. He got the medium pizza with double beef and pepperoni…and he tried the buffalo wings. It was good and you can’t beat the price!

The latest shenanigans from this Papa Johns, I’ve seen a decline with this location & this pizza isn’t even the worst. Never had a bad experience with Papa Johns until I moved to Temple. We love Papa Johns and always hope that it’ll get better but I think that ship has sailed for the 31st location.
