We live in the Lincoln Heights apartments while my husband finishes up tech school at Sheppard. There was a coupon left on our door so we decided to give it a try. Pizza tasted delicious and delivered within 30 minutes of ordering. Although there was a $3 delivery fee, next time we will just drive and pick it up since it’s right across the street.

After placing an online order at the Papa John’s on Sheppard Access Road in Wichita Falls, I called the store to give feedback about a previous order. I explained that the quality of banana pepper included last time was substandard in size—barely the size of my pinky fingernail. I suggested that if those smaller peppers are all they have, it would make sense to include two to make up for it. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just fairness.
The employee didn’t take the time to understand. He simply said, “I can’t put two in the box unless you pay for it.” I had just spent over $35, and that was the response? No concern, no acknowledgment—just a flat refusal over something that should’ve been common sense customer service. Not a great way to represent yourself or the store!
It’s not just about the pepper—it’s about the principle. When a product falls short, a business should be willing to make it right. The lack of care and dismissive attitude here left a bad impression. This leads me to believe that fairness isn’t anywhere in his mindset only the up-charge.

Walked into the store and waited at the counter for 15 minutes, no one even acknowledged I was there. I was pissed an left. (Without a exlarge pizza, which I was going to order) I will never order another Papa Johns pizza from Sheppard acess rd. Store. Rude staff!!!!

Just ordered online here for delivery to Sheppard AFB, and the experience was very smooth. It’s before 6pm on a Tuesday, so keep that in mind when I say that it got here super fast. From payment to my front door it was seriously like 15 minutes! The driver was kind and the food was hot and pretty much as good as Papa John’s gets. I was worried about other reviews, but everyone working tonight (Tuesday March 21, 2023) did great, thanks 🙂

We stopped years ago for bad food and service. Now 3 times in 2 weeks. Friendly staff, Papadia(sic) was perfect and pizza was best in years. Someone complained about offers and didn’t cut all the way through?..they are online, check them. Karen please visit all pizza places. Rate everyone slices.

I love Papa Johns pizza, but at this particular location… They wouldn’t take a $100 bill at the register, I’ve never had this problem at the Papa John’s on Kemp? This is not a company policy, it’s not posted on their website, not on their door, not even at the register, a sign or a sticker saying “WE DONT ACCEPT $100 BILLS” is not posted anywhere… I GUARANTEE that the manager simply doesn’t have the mental capacity to count back $73.84 worth of change. Long story short take your business across the street to Pizza Hut where (I’m gonna quote the manager here) “We would love to accept your dollars as long as they’re American”

I live on base as a permanent party service member on Sheppard AFB. I placed my order @610, and I didn’t get my order until 3 hours later! How does that happen when you are given an exact…precise location. Oh I know why, it’s because your delivery driver is a 15 year old that doesn’t have a sense of direction. I finally get my order and I’m charged FULL price.

If I could rate this particular papa johns lower than a 1 star I would. Customer service is awful. Timeliness is garbage.
