They always get our orders right and our pies are always hot and ready for pick up when the tracker shows it ready. We usually get extra garlic sauce so no one fights for sauce and they never forget to pack the amount of extra ones we pay for. The team members are always pleasant and we never had a bad experience.

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and that’s no exaggeration.

I ordered pizza on 1/14 around 5-5:15 pm.

Around 6:10 pm my order was cancelled without explanation.

I waited 5 minutes to see if I’d get any information and then ordered from another pizza place.

About five minutes after that, Papa John’s restarted my order, again without any communication.

By the time it was over, I’d spent $70 on pizza, the Papa John’s version being overcooked and an hour late.

To add insult to injury, no one had contacted me and all I got was a coupon for free cheese sticks.

Sure, that’s going to cover $70 for pizza I no longer wanted.

I’d be ordering from Papa John’s as a company for 30 years.

That ended on 1/14.

Do not use this location at all.

Edited as of 1/20: Still zero contact from the store or corporate.

I’ll be sending a letter to the CEO and deleting my app. My patronage was not valued in any way.

I had a terrible experience at this Papa John’s location. The food quality was unacceptable—orders arrived either burnt or raw, and photos prove it. Items were missing, or I received someone else’s order. Delivery drivers struggled with communication, making the experience even more frustrating. To top it off, the store manager refused to provide the general manager’s contact information, showing complete disregard for resolving customer complaints. I strongly advise others to avoid this location until these issues are addressed.

Placed an order, put garlic dipping sauce on three slices of my pizza, took one bite of my pizza then threw up, look at date of garlic sauce which is on the bottom it was MAY 17 25, it expired 5 months ago. Went to the store for refund and I took the garlic sauce with me
Employees said part of the date came off, all they did was make excuses never apologized, never took accountability, I said I just want my money. I did I did take pictures of everything, I don’t know how to add a picture to this post.

Ordered a 1 topping heart shaped pizza. No pepperoni came in the order. I called to see if the manager could do anything she said I have to buy another pizza. Very rude Indian women continued to cut me off, talked down to her customers. I said no big deal I will leave a bad review and went about my day.
Go to another papa John’s location, this one isn’t worth your time. The food tastes like absolute garbage regardless. Almost like they didn’t wash their hands before making the food.

I called directly to the store hit the line to talk to manager. I had somebody you can’t even speak who was talking under their breath and I simply asked that crispy pepperoni bites. I’m a food review guy and I’ll saw somebody else doing a review on them, she can answer the question. She didn’t know what they were then she justasked talk to somebody else and yeah, I’ll do not agree with that service whatsoever.

The interior was filthy, floors sticky, counters covered in crumbs. The staff were incredibly rude, barely acknowledged me, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. The entire atmosphere was unwelcoming and unhygienic. I won’t be returning to this location and strongly suggest others avoid it as well.

INSULTING AND TERRIBLE!!!
My experience today was so incredibly insulting and terrible that I find it necessary to make people aware of the kind of experience to expect if they visit this location. The GM ridiculed, belittled and screamed at his team my entire time in the store. He did not take responsibility for an error made in fulfilling an order for a separate customer but rather scolded the customer. Once he discovered that she had been given the wrong pizza, he openly yelled at his team more and singled out one of them several times until she was in tears. After witnessing the way he was treating the people he is supposed to lead and the way he treated the customer before me, I simply could not stand by and not say something. I requested to speak with him in an effort to tell him that I didn’t appreciate the experience I received based on his treatment of others in my presence but he wouldn’t let me speak without interruption. He talked over me saying, “I know you think that you’re going to tell me how to do my job just because you’re older than me.” I take offense to this discriminatory statement. The GM needs a lesson in treating people like humans and with kindness. Making errors is a human trait and to be expected. Great leaders lead and model the vision of the company they represent. They coach their team to success and celebrate their wins with them. This GM is not a leader!! If this store has cameras, I encourage the owner to review the footage from 5/1/25 starting at 5:45pm CST.
